I've relied on this tool since 2019 for my Functional Medicine work and right from the start the team has continuously refined the product while other platforms I've used before often seem to stumble when they try to upgrade. It has truly reshaped how I run my practice and how I engage with clients making day-to-day operations noticeably smoother. What stands out most to me is the all-in-one client management system which congreatates scheduling, record keeping and client communication in a single hub so I don't have to jump between tools. The interface feels simple and the customization options let me adapt the software to my specific workflow without a lot of fuss. On top of that, the secure telehealth features have been indispensable given how many of my consultations are virtual and having mobile access means I can respond to patients quickly from my phone which helps me maintain timely communication no matter where I am.
Cons
My only real problem is that I wish the system would automatically populate a patient's birthdate into the notes because having to enter it manually is an extra step that interrupts my flow. Also I would prefer the signature to be sized and positioned more consistently with the rest of the document instead of appearing large and centered since that layout looks out of place and sometimes forces me to spend extra time editing or reformatting the document to achieve a more professional appearance.

As a Certified Nutritional Practitioner, this comprehensive practice management platform lets me record every detail required to operate my practice in a tidy organized way for both my clients and myself and because it links with That Clean Life, I appreciate how it aligns food journaling making it much easier for my clients.
Cons
New clients I speak with often struggle to get the video chat working, whether it's audio issues or enabling their camera and frequently I end up having to resend a fresh Zoom link during the scheduled appointment to get the call started.

What I appreciate most about this platform is that it's a one-stop shop covering the bulk of my private practice needs allowing me to manage everything from initial client outreach and intake surveys through to the completion of a client's wellness journey, it aligns all the administrative work involved in running a small practice so those tasks feel much less daunting.
Cons
There are genuinely only a handful of downsides I've noticed with this tool, primarily that the calendar and scheduling tools could be more flexible and simple while I find configuring or modifying my availability somewhat fiddly and occasionally time-consuming, having appointments and scheduling integrated into the same platform ultimately makes the extra effort worthwhile.

My clients find this really easy to navigate and I also appreciate how aligned and clear-cut the whole system is for both my management team and theirs.
Cons
After I exceeded the ten-client threshold I was forced to move up to the 300-client tier which nearly tripled what I pay each month and that jump feels frustratingly disproportionate, I wish there were a middle option because with my revenue fluctuating around the fifteen clients I actively manage, the $80 monthly fee no longer seems justified especially since I'm nowhere close to needing support for three hundred clients yet was required to upgrade to that plan.

I've genuinely valued this tool's wide array of resources because they've helped me align and congreatate all of my client records and communications into a single, manageable system and after switching over years ago I still appreciate how convenient it is to have everything accessible online in one place, moreover, the platform's expansion to include an online dispensary, menu-planning tools and the ability to order labs directly from the system has multiplied its usefulness many times over.
Cons
While I recognize there are numerous features I haven't yet mastered and I often find the learning curve steeper than I'd like, the reality is that I don't always have the bandwidth to sit down and fully explore everything, this is something I struggle with across many tools, from SEO plugins on my website to even figuring out all the nuances of my phone so it's unfair to blame this tool alone. It is great but I was frustrated that it took far too long for auto-save to be added, this felt like a basic expectation so next time the team falls behind on something so fundamental, I would urge them to consider bringing in an experienced development consultancy to implement it quickly rather than letting users wait for years while essential functionality lags.

This tool really shines in a lot of areas for me and I often find myself relying on it for so many parts of my workflow. One of the features I find most valuable are the numerous integrations that tie everything together which is especially important given that I am a nutritionist who drafts a large number of protocols and makes many supplement recommendations, having the ability to handle all of that within a single platform genuinely simplifies my day-to-day work. I also value that they offer customizable form templates that I can adapt to my needs which was a huge help when I was first launching my practice and building out all of my intake documents. On top of that, clients have told me they find the system easy to use so Ive received consistently positive feedback about its user-friendliness.
Cons
The main drawback I experience is that the layout isn't always the most simple when it comes to locating specific features and on occasion I end up spending more time than I'd like hunting for what I need, that said, I'm not particularly tech-savvy so my confusion might be more to do with my own comfort level than a universal issue. Still, those moments of uncertainty can be frustrating and it sometimes takes me a while to find the exact tool or setting I'm after, even though overall the platform works well.

For my practice I've discovered a set of features that I can grow into, particularly the tools for running groups and hosting online courses which feel scalable as my needs expand, there is also the capability to assign tags to clients for tracking leads and onboarding new clients and I really like that it integrates with Fullscript as well.
Cons
Some trouble I have faced while getting the calendar setup and the configuration for group sessions to make sense since the learning curve is steeper than I expected and I also wish there were journal fields dedicated to ketone and blood sugar readings plus a way to sync directly with Cronometer for nutritional data.
