Using this tool has been really easy for me especially because the platform includes short lessons that they provide every day so users can get the most out of the product. Also when I run into an issue with the site, I book an appointment with their team for the very next day to get it sorted out so between their responsive customer support and the affordable pricing I've been very satisfied overall.
Cons
Initially I found the system somewhat tricky and a little overwhelming yet after seeking out the readily available guidance and following a few clear instructions I discovered that the issues I faced were easy to address and quickly resolved.

“Customizable templates and reports but priceyy”
Pros
One thing I appreciate is the ability to customize templates to match our workflow and I can run reports for billing and to check outstanding balances. It also sends appointment reminders and offers built-in telehealth.
Cons
Sometimes I notice that at least once every month there's some kind of glitch notification which really shakes my confidence in the system and for small practices with under 200 active clients the pricing just doesn't feel worth it.

Pros
Taking the time to set up this tool has absolutely paid off for me because it aligns client onboarding and puts most of the everyday tools I rely on for my practice right at my fingertips eliminating the need to juggle a separate booking app or invoicing software. I can also handle appointments, reminders and billing all from one dashboard and their ready-made templates save me a lot of time too.
Cons
It bothers me that the platform still doesn't offer capture pages or landing pages so I'm stuck using other tools whenever I need them.

“Easy client setup and booking but expensive !”
Pros
There are so many features I love about this, setting up clients is surprisingly easy, the food journal feature is great and I appreciate how it links with my website so I can offer programs and let prospective clients get in touch. Also booking appointments is really simple, changing or updating appointments takes just a few clicks and because it's HIPAA compliant I feel secure sharing full notes or selected excerpts with clients while easily viewing their recent activity and building programs that can include video links.
Cons
The price keeps climbing and adding new staff ends up costing far more than what I've seen with other EMRs.

“Fullscript integration ease”
Pros
I really appreciate that it links with Fullscript so I can send protocols without fuss and I find the interface simple and easy to navigate, the forms builder is excellent and I'm particularly glad I can keep payment details on file.
Cons
What really slows me down is the lack of LABCORP and QUEST integration and the absence of e-prescribing which forces me to juggle multiple systems. Plus the scattered settings and missing master calendar make managing practitioners unnecessarily complicated.

Cons
My billing workflow takes a hit because I can't generate ANXx12 files for batch claims on Availity and I wish I could sell products without forcing buyers to become full clients.

This tool runs my entire business for me. Over the years I've tried quite a few different software packages to manage my nutrition and health coaching practice and I've tested names you might recognize, Mindbody and Vagaro among them but they never quite fit my needs or were missing key features. For more than five years I've been with this tool and watched it grow, improve and expand its capabilities, during that time I've used every pricing tier they've offered and I'm currently on the Plus plan. I rely on it to host my group programs, distribute coaching materials, send protocols and recommendations, communicate with clients both one-on-one and via group chat and email, schedule appointments and group coaching calls and handle billing and invoicing so it keeps my business running smoothly and helps me present a professional image. I also value the integrations with tools I use regularly, Fullscript, Zoom, Google Calendar, Square, to name a few and the ability to build custom, recurring forms and tasks that I use to help clients establish new habits. On top of that, they're consistently working to enhance their service, offer regular software trainings and provide business coaching and practical tips that have helped me run my business and grow professionally. Their customer service has been great as well and because I genuinely appreciate the platform I've recommended it to many friends, clients and colleagues which is why I'm taking the time to leave this review.
Cons
My early experience with program hosting nearly pushed me away because it confused my clients though improvements since then have helped. Even now I'd love a more simple setup and messaging templates for repetitive onboarding communication.

I find the platform really approachable for both patients and practitioners and its food diary alongside the instant messaging tools make it simple for me to offer clients timely feedback and stay in touch between appointments.
Cons
To me the cost feels extremely high for what's included and while some features are strong, many aren't necessary, having group video calls for Programs would be a major improvement.

After finishing a session I find it really easy to jot down my client notes and I especially appreciate being able to drop in a pre-built template with a single click so that every required piece of documentation is already populated, the client messaging is also uncomplicated and, importantly, I feel reassured knowing that all communications are HIPAA-compliant which makes managing records and conversations with clients much less stressful for me overall.
Cons
Setting up certain parts of the system still challenges me some areas are simple but others require more time and patience than I'd like.

As the central pillar of my business this platform really drives everything I do and because I come from a tech background I can honestly say that among the CRMs and tools I've tried, this is one of the best I've used, it's incredibly simple and slick and it handles everything I need while even covering extras I didn't expect.
Cons
One improvement I'd suggest is adding telehealth that supports more than one person on a call since right now I end up having to use Zoom and pay for that separately which feels unnecessary when the platform could handle group calls natively.
