I appreciate that it connects directly with Zoom for telehealth sessions and client meetings and the learning curve was minimal because the material is presented in a very clear, concise way, additionally, I enjoy being able to build or select ready-made programs, such as water-drinking challenges or completed journals which I can then send straight to a patient or client.
Cons
To date I haven't come across any features I dislike and it fulfills my specific needs without workarounds.

“convenient setup for entire family”
Pros
My family and I first heard about this tool from a healthcare professional who uses it to manage his patients and when I installed it myself the download was easy and getting everything set up was genuinely a snap, I would definitely recommend this app to anyone looking for an easier way to manage clients. In fact three members of my family including my 14-year-old son use it without any trouble so it's always nice to find an app that's simple enough for younger users to navigate with confidence.
Cons
It would be helpful if I could respond to a meeting request before accepting, canceling or rescheduling it instead of having to cancel first and then add a comment to clarify details.

“overpriced for occasional patients”

What I really appreciated was how thoroughly customizable the whole system was, from constructing and fine-tuning SOAP notes to setting up reminder emails and reorganizing the menus in the patient portal which allowed me to shape the platform around how I actually work, sharing materials with patients was excellent because I could upload documents to the portal or choose to share only specific sections of a SOAP note (a huge benefit since I wasn't forced to reveal the entire record) and the built-in patient chat was genuinely convenient.
Cons
As for the pricing I'm not thrilled with the way it's structured and would much prefer fees that scale with patient visits rather than simply counting every patient listed in the clinic because it made the plan feel prohibitively expensive given that I have a large number of patients in the system who I rarely see although the software is packed with features, when you don't need or use many of them, the steep price increases left me feeling like I was paying considerably more than I should for functionality I seldom use.

Really noticeable improvements keep coming to the clinician-facing interface making key data and tools easier to find and more simple for everyday use.
Cons
What I find most difficult is that when the help feature doesn't resolve our questions there's no real person to reach out to which leaves me and my colleagues stuck without direct support.

The software feels incredibly simple for me and the support is genuinely unmatched, the webinars and YouTube library cover almost everything and even my clients find it easy to use.
Cons
Honestly there's nothing I dislike about this tool whenever I notice a feature that would improve my workflow I reach out to their support team and they either walk me through a smarter approach that already exists or follow through by developing and adding the new functionality.

Keeping patient records neatly organized in a format tailored to my practice has been effortless and the webinars and tutorials have been some of the most helpful resources for growing my business.
Cons
One thing I'd like to see is the option to purchase add-on features or modules after the initial program purchase because being able to extend functionality piecemeal would make it easier for me to tailor the product to my evolving needs without committing to a whole new package.

Starting out solo felt overwhelming and this system helped me stay organized, manage communication and carve out protected time for admin tasks, the free training sessions guided me step by step and kept me confident from day one.
Cons
I was disappointed that their pricing tiers leap so sharply because jumping from $25 a month to $60 hit my budget hard and made scaling stressful, I would really appreciate a middle option around $40 that supports approximately 150 clients which would feel much more manageable for someone growing steadily.

Booking and billing feel convenient for me and the monthly payment plans plus both evergreen and fixed programs have been helpful.
Cons
Overall great tool but what frustrates me is that I can't add recipes for my clients to make tracking simpler, nor can I offer them a selectable dropdown of curated recipes which would save everyone time, additionally, the platform lacks any built-in functionality for creating full meal plans so I have to manage that outside the software.

This has functioned as an all-in-one solution For me with a client portal, invoicing tied to payment integration, HIPAA-secure records, mobile app, telehealth, e-signatures and responsive support.
Cons
One drawback I've come across is that certain features are only unlocked on higher-tier plans and I also can't directly upload an existing document to be e-signed, instead I'm required to recreate the document inside the software which slows down my workflow.
