“Been Using Since the Beginning

Pros

This product does exactly what it promises. I've been using it for over six years. It was so new when I started that the owner himself helped me set it up. Just the other day, I called because I had an issue, and guess who answered the phone? The owner! He said all the techs were busy, so he couldn't just let it ring. They really care about their customers.

Cons

It doesn't include fried chicken and a big Mountain Dew!

Pros

Our office has three dentists and four hygienists. On an average day, it's quite busy, but we only have two team members at the front desk. How do we manage? PBN! It's like having an extra employee.

Cons

I wish they had a phone app, but given how creative and quick to respond they've been so far, that's likely to happen eventually.

This system is all-in-one and outperforms every previous company I've worked with.

Nothing, and even if I had an issue, they would probably fix it.

Pros

We set goals to create a team environment, and Practice by Numbers makes them easily measurable. I can even be away from my computer and still see the schedules.

Cons

I wish Practice by Numbers had Facebook and Instagram integration.
