“Easy”
Pros
It is really cool that the cost is free, so this way we don’t have to worry about having new practitioners and being charged for it. This product has great functionality. They have templates provided due to which entering information becomes quite easy for us to do. They provide you with many other features like online forms, templates etc. It also has an ICD-10 conversion which works really well and without any extra effort. Patients can fill online forms before visiting, which afterwards is added to our notes and saves a lot of time this way.
Cons
There isn’t a way to remove a user from the system when they no longer work with you. I’ve asked the support team to tell us how to do it and they said that they don’t have any functionality to do this. It seems like a very minor functionality, yet they don’t have it. The second issue that I have with this product is that many of the reminder notifications are not related to my profession, yet I keep receiving them as there isn’t a way to turn them off.

“Declining since 2018, not reliable now”
Pros
The system has some useful features such as ERX controlled substance and it is less costly than other EHRs
Cons
It is not really suitable for small practitioners. The patient portal is poorly designed and MIPS support system is also terrible

“Suitable software system”
Pros
The EHR system is affordable and its price is reasonable
Cons
E-prescription looks like duplicate and the layout of e-prescription is really bad and it looks that it was written by someone manually. Many pharmacies often contact us for verification of prescription
