Ive encountered limitations with functionality especially regarding customization for superbills and accounting for payments. Transitioning between sections and performing eligibility checks can be challenging.

The fact that this product is inexpensive. There are many other EMR systems out there that cost tens of thousands of dollars, too expensive man.

It consumes a lot of time. It is very slow, that it feels like it froze. Moving between schedule and exam records takes a hell lot of time. Whenever you want to find a patient, it’ll always take up to fifteen minutes to find them on the schedule and sign off on the exam notes. It’s a pain.
