“Not very nice to look at.
Pros
It is very easy to use once you get used to it but that can take a minute to do. The features work for the most part I suppose.
Cons
It looks very old and likes it has not been updated for years which can put you off.

Pros
You can do everything on this software very easily. It is easily integrated to practice management software as well as billing software which is amazing.
Cons
The customer service is not too great and could do with a little bettering.

Pros
It isnt too expensive as far as EHR software go which is what drew me to it.
Cons
It is very difficult to navigate through this software and it can get very confusing. I also do not like that it is not updated regularly.

Pros
Their billing system is the only thing they have going on for them.
Cons
The patient portal really sucks. The appointments dont show up on the portal which makes patients think they have nothing scheduled and hence we are losing business or at times patient book slots that show up as free on the portal but are not which leads to double booking. We have been offered to the solution or even a promise for a solution and are looking for another software actively!

Pros
It offers useful functions for accounting and billing particularly if you dont plan to use the patient portal.
Cons
The Patient Ally portal is terrible with numerous bugs and unhelpful customer service. The Upcoming Appointments feature doesnt work and despite reporting the issue multiple times over six months theres been no resolution. This has led to lost business opportunities. Additionally other bugs and issues with the portal hinder its usability.

Pros
I appreciate that its nearly free with minimal costs for the clearinghouse and EHR per doctor.
Cons
Its somewhat confusing and I feel like Im going in circles sometimes. However it does work for sending out claims and organizing payments and reports.

Pros
The price. It feels like it is almost free. We only pay $35 for the clearinghouse and practice management. It gets the job done. I am still learning this tool. They are adding more features to it.
Cons
It is a bit complex for me. I do sometimes get stuck in circles, that could also be because I’m still learning it.

Pros
The ability to colorcode schedules for differentiation is a feature I love.
Cons
Daily schedule improvements are needed such as showing only therapists working that day and allowing the schedule to be dragged left or right for viewing all treating therapists.

“Great scheduling features
Pros
The main reason to choose Practice Mate is due to its great scheduling features. I like how we can color-code our schedules to differentiate between OT and ST. This software has been a blessing compared to our previous experiences.
Cons
This tool just a few simple fixes and it would become perfect. A few fixes that I would require is that if they add a feature where we were able to only see the schedule of the therapists working that day. Also, allow the schedule to drag L/R to see all the treating therapists that entire day at once.

Pros
We use this software the free version at least and it does not work. My assistant uploads lab reports but it tells me nothing was uploaded. Nothing works.
Cons
I wish I could say it was one thing but like I said NOTHING works.

This software is not really expensive and is quite functional. This is a quality product, it does everything that I require it to do, and the customer support team is pretty awesome.

Lab imaging and ordering tests are easy. The scheduling portion is good too.
Cons
It freezes and hangs up so much that I feel like I will lose my mind. It will also randomly delete everything you have entered. A complete nightmare.

Pros
I would recommend this software, as it is a good, solid software. It is easy to customize patient schedule with several views, on a daily/weekly/monthly basis. It can easily add multiple columns for day to day patient visits among several providers. I like the product, and its scheduling feature. It is great.
Cons
There has been issues with the system freezing and then have to restart it and also that the computer often crashes. I am really not sure that whether it is a hardware issue or a software issue.

Pros
It is a really great system, it catches all your mistakes in any claims or messages before being sent out, this way we are able to send out the right and correct details. It is good for small practices mainly, especially when you have a smaller budget. It is low in cost, sends out texts, email reminders and can call as well. You can easily manage your billing and scheduling. It’s very rare that we might have faced any issues with denied claims.
Cons
There needs to be some work done to improve the system. As we can’t manually send text reminders out. Learning how to use the system takes a bit longer than you expect, as it’s a bit complicated. Sometimes the page loading slows down. The system cannot hold onto large files.

It handles billing scheduling and reminders efficiently with minimal issues and low cost.
Cons
Manual text reminders cant be sent and there are limitations with the reminder system. The system experiences slow loading times and cant hold large files.
