How Does Office Ally Practice Mate Work?

Here’s how to get started with the software after its successful installation:

Cloud-based Practice Mate software offers a variety of tools for streamlining administrative duties in clinics. It incorporates Intake Pro, a program that allows physicians to manage electronic patient intake. It also provides customizable forms to ensure the collection of pertinent patient information.

On the medical end, physicians can create SOAP notes using templates that can be customized. The system's rules engine assigns pertinent PPT and CPT codes to a note, which, once approved by the physician, are automatically added to the claim via the integrated practice management software. Through telehealth, physicians can also conduct virtual visits with patients.

There are also basic, free patient portals that facilitate communication between doctors and patients and provide patients access to lab results, reminders, and more.

I suggest that appointments' column should have more content for a better and convenient display. But I think the billing should improve a little as well.
