I found it really easy to learn and it integrates with Ofiice Ally's EHR system pretty easily.

I suggest that appointments' column should have more content for a better and convenient display. But I think the billing should improve a little as well.

I could easily set this software up with systematic steps although the software requires some upgrades. Specifically updates to information should reflect across various sections like the Patient Appt, schedule patient visits and claims but this isnt automatic and requires manual updates on each tab.

Ive noticed that when working on a patient the screen often switches back instead of staying on the same patient until I finish all necessary tasks. And there are challenges when insurance payers retract funds making it difficult to post shortfalls systematically.

I had no problem with setting it up and the instructional videos are also excellent. Once everything is configured, it flows smoothly.

Dealing with problems can be overwhelming for me, especially with insurance companies, although this is typically not an issue with Practice Mate.

Even though I consider myself a bit of a technophobe, I've found Practice Mate remarkably easy to navigate with just minimal tutorial support. The technical team is responsive and always ready to help, but the system itself is so well-designed that I rarely need assistance. Features are accessible when I need them, and navigating between tasks is also convenient. For someone like me, having a reliable and straightforward system like Practice Mate has been a pleasant surprise.

Ive used Office Ally and Practice Mate at previous clinics so transitioning to my own practice was really smooth. While its no longer free I find the fee reasonable for the convenience it offers. I have only positive experiences with Practice Mate.

Some reports can be challenging to generate but they are generally easy to understand and utilize.

Practice Mates combined scheduling and billing/bookkeeping features gave me the confidence to transition from a sublease to solo practice 15 years ago. Its accessibility was a significant improvement over downloaded software.

The import of CSV files went smoothly. However some pages could be enhanced to streamline workflow such as adding save buttons throughout the interface. And data entry especially for dates is inconsistent and requires unnecessary scrolling.

There are many small details and features that are difficult to explain such as the lack of documentation for schedule changes and poorly designed prescription features. Appointment slots are rigid and not dynamic which really frustrates me.

Some canned reports dont function properly. I would really like the customization of reports to specific preferences.
