One downside Ive experienced is the recent change in paying for nonpar claims. I wish there was more information available about which payers are nonpar and why they fall into this category.

One area where Practice Mate could improve is by connecting with testing sites to import online graded tests directly into the system. Currently, we can upload this information as a document into patients files, which could be more efficient.
