Cons

They should allow us to edit the font size and color in reports too for a better UI.

Pros

Its adequate for taking notes in the workplace.

Cons

The portal is adequate, but patients are unable to schedule appointments or make payments that really makes us question the efficiency of the product.

Pros

Scheduling is easy, and there is a great deal of flexibility. Customer service is pleasant and effective.

Cons

Billing activities require too many measures .Any report takes an eternity to run, and its very hard to customise them

Needs improvement!
Pros

Its very adaptable. I like the design of the system.The clinical aspects are also fantastic.

Cons

The biggest drawback is that the system is not innovative. No new updates have been made since we first started using it and the customer support is not responsive at times. Very disappointed.

I Cant deal with this software anymore
Pros

Its very easy to use, I guess. Also good at sending reminders.

Cons

Honestly, everything! It takes forever to create a statement file and it glitches and crashes very often. The format is pretty average not very innovative.

Pros

There is nothing good about it now. It was worth using once but not anymore.

Cons

The report writing system does not save the medical codes. Insurance claims do not allow entering secondary provider details either.

Many of the functions do not work how they are supposed to and the software has not delivered what was promised.

Lost all faith in this platform
Pros

It does the job of posting reminders and sending alerts to doctors about their upcoming appointments. It is not bad as a health management software.

Cons

The software is complicated and requires many unnecessary steps to perform even the simplest of tasks. Not everyone can use it and you need to be tech-savvy to get used to the interface. The customer support team is not helpful at all and they blame our network connection on almost everything.

About at the end of my rope
Pros

I find it excellent for Health Maintenance. It effectively reminds me of the services due.

Cons

I find the software quite cumbersome. Completing even simple tasks requires numerous steps assuming one is already adept with database tables. Whenever issues arise support conveniently attributes them to network problems evading accountability.

Been with Practice Partner since 2006. Started out great but now no enhancements at all.
Pros

The level of customization is impressive. The color scheme is pleasing and easy on the eyes. I particularly appreciate the clinical elements and the functionality of dot codes allowing seamless transfer of information across different sections of the chart.

Cons

Regarding reporting Im compelled to resort to workarounds constantly. The decline commenced with McKessons acquisition and has only worsened since then. Although customer service has improved under Emds there havent been any enhancements whatsoever.

Pros

Health Maintenance simplifies the process for healthcare providers to identify which services the patient requires ensuring no major healthcare needs are overlooked. Scheduling appointments is simple and offers a high level of flexibility. Additionally customer service is welcoming and provides swift responses.

Cons

The billing process is very timeconsuming and has too many steps. If a claim is rejected you cannot correct it at the claim level. You have to go to each line unapply any adjustments and set each individual line to go again. Reports take a long time to run and you can only customize them by doing queries with SQL language. Creating a statement file takes hours during which the billing program is unavailable. Furthermore the system is not userfriendly.Extensive training is necessary for new users as they cannot easily navigate and find what they are looking for on their own.
