Intuitive Software

Pros

We have been using it for a few years now and it is safe to say that I have found it to be a great user experience. My doctors are happy with the system as they no longer have to take their work home with them – it saves them time.  It runs fast and smooth and is very easy to navigate.

Reliable Software

Pros

The software overall is easy to maneuver. Since it was tailored to our practice’s requirements so I know what tasks to perform in order to achieve the desired result. Templates are customizable and easy to create. PrognoCIS is a system well suited for anyone who doesn’t have an IT background.

Cons

Just one thing I need them to work on is that, sometimes, the system lags and takes more time to load a certain chart. It doesn’t bother me much since it rarely ever happens and my providers are happy with the system.

Highly Recommend

Pros

The system is easy to use and maneuver. It is fully customized according to the requirements of my providers and the practice. It’s a pretty friendly solution for someone who is a first-time EMR user. The implementation process was easy since the system didn’t need much understanding.

Cons

The only problem I find with PrognoCis is not the system itself but their customer service. They hardly ever have someone who can speak proper English.  The communication barrier needs to be addressed promptly, other than that I am satisfied with the solution.

Completely Customized

Pros

PrognoCis made sure that the system was tailored to the needs of the providers and the rest of the users. From workers compensation module to Drug & Alcohol Randomization Tool for the Work Place Drug & Alcohol Program; they customized everything for us. I reviewed many EMRs before, however, some of them could customize one aspect and not the other but PrognoCis has been able to incorporate all the modules we asked for. System is easy to use and it does not require too many clicks.

Reliable EMR, good job overall

Pros

We used server-based systems for many years which resulted in many technical issues and ultimately cost us an arm and a leg. We were moving offices and I wanted to change our EMR system too and after careful consideration, I switched to PrognoCis, cloud-based which means no hassle and all we did was plug in the computer and there we had all our data. It’s an excellent EMR solution and I personally enjoy its dictation feature the most.

Cons

Not many cons though, just downtime that happened once but given the fact that it is a cloud-based system, it was expected.

More than satisfactory

Pros

We are with PrognoCis for quite a long time now. I remember when we got on board with them and their implementation staff assisted us in the best possible way. It is a flexible system with end to end customization.  Their customer service has significantly improved and therefore, the response time is fast and effective especially since they are bringing their customer service onshore.

Cons

However, there are a couple of reporting modules that I would like for them to introduce and hopefully, it will be very soon.

Pros

Every member of PrognoCis that I have dealt with, be it the sales specialist for the demo or the implementation team along with the customer support team has been tremendously helpful and capable. I needed a telemedicine function and it comes integrated with the EMR.

Cons

The overall appearance could be a bit better as compared to its competitors but it doesn’t bother me since the system is excellent.

Pros

The interface is easy and user-friendly. The customization is simple and allows you to tweak some things to your preference. The PrognoCis system is web-based which gives you the freedom to use it on iPad in and out of the workplace.

Cons

Would not recommend for dermatologists as the system was not designed to fit the needs and requirements of dermatology. The support staff also has no knowledge regarding dermatology problems or its medicine.

Pros

Once you used to it and begin utilizing the program it is genuinely simple to explore with no help however there are sure parts of the product that I required assistance with. There are highlights for the majority of the features required by us so I dont have any problem in that department. its ease of use assures maximum usefulness, as I would like to think. Client support is somewhat irritating however that is valid with any help for a bigger organization. I can have my staff running the system with minimal training.

Pros

The EMR is really great. It is proficient, you can easily learn how to use it. It is very easy to use. It has a lot of amazing features, that would help you in managing all your tasks. The scheduling feature is really easy to understand and use.The new providers are vert happy with this EMR.

Cons

The only issue that we faced with this EMR is its technical support, as they are unable to speak good English, other than that, there isnt any issues with this EMR and I would recommend it to everyone.

Pros

The software is super easy to learn and work with. The system seems to flow in a very well manner with our company workflow, which is awesome. There were no issues whenever new providers started using the system, it was quite easy for them as well. The support is often hard to get, but I am glad that no matter what they always fix our problems/concerns whatever we have with the system. I highly recommend this product. Must get it.

Cons

My complain is just about their tech support team. They do not have anyone who might speak English well and for me it gets super hard to understand. The support is very hard to understand, we have a language barrier issue with them.

Pros

This system seems to me that it is made for bigger places, and our place is small, and it just didn’t fit right, it just worked decently, but we would like to have something that would work in a much better way than this did.

Cons

I don’t feel that it was the best for our place. I didn’t like the feel of the features that the system has, it didn’t seem to work for us at all. We wanted something user-friendly to go with and this system didn’t seem to fulfil our requirements much.

Easy to learn, flows well.

Pros

The product has proven to be great so far, you can access and log in from any computer and from anywhere, it is really easy to learn and use as well. You might sometimes see a few glitches, but that is to be expected from any product.Their customer service is great and efficient. Response from their tech support is always in a timely manner, and they also have live chart for any technical issues that you might be facing.

Cons

I sometimes face issues when communicating with the tech support, as they often to resolve the issues, but it also gets a little confusing when its hard to make them understand what you need. And when it comes to creating templates, you have to give a lot of input information in and the process of creating the template usually gets a little confusing.

Disappointing service. Looking to switch

Pros

It is almost strange to say that as the company grew bigger, their service worsened. Especially, in terms of customer support. They started off as a promising provider. The software was easy to navigate but eventually, as we faced complications, it was impossible to maneuver and they offered little help in the resolution.

Cons

The system is down too often for a medical web-based provider. The EMR service is down several times a week which is a great inconvenience. Whats worse is when they are online, the softwares working often slows down to a bothersome degree. Complaints that are conveyed to the technical supports Consideration are not finished and cases seldom shut proficiently. we experienced a total blackout of the whole framework for 24 hours earlier this week on top of that we lost all patient data, charts, visits, appointments, payment information, test reports, scanned archives and so on for a time of two whole days since the prognoCis team had no ongoing information back up.

Miserable experience

Everything is easily accessible, once you set up the system and are able to use and view it, especially the patients chart. We were able to process documents faster, as the electronic fax receipt made things faster for us to do.

Cons

For us, Id like to say that this system has caused more issues than benefit. It has been a miserable experience using it. We switched from another EHR to this one, in the hopes of benefiting our practice, but all our efforts wasted. We were told that we would have our old EHR data stored in this new EHR, but it was too late when we realized what they meant. It was just a PDF that they entered of the patients medical history. Our providers were fed up that they couldnt access the information they needed in proper way. It was left for us to manually enter the data, which was very hard, as the data was a lot. We were forced to use their billing system and we faced a lot of issues using that as well. We used to ask them to make it more user-friendly and better, they said they would, but things never got fixed.

Awesome product

Pros

The doctors would like this product. we have also learned to love it! the system is great for any doctor’s office, it is easy to use, and not just for one person but overall every staff member it is easy for. It great to do everything. From front office to back office and from check out to triage to billing it is wonderful and amazing. You would love it too.

Cons

There are a few minor things like it has a learning curve, especially when you’re new at the templates thingy, as adding templates at the beginning and the codes can be something you need to learn about before using it.

Good value for money. Easy to use

Pros

Once you learn the ropes, the system is pretty easy to run and customize according to your needs. If the software covers your specialty, it can offer great help with your practice, if not, it’s too much of a hassle. We use it for both the specialties we provide services in and we are entirely satisfied with the results. Prognocis is intuitive and very simple to manage.

Cons

It requires a lot of details filled in to get anything done and there is little you can do to work your way around it. Unless all the components fit, it won’t work. But that is probably true for most, if not all EHRs. In any case, support staff proves to be quite helpful.

Excellent!

Pros

Before prognoCIS we have used 2 other EMR systems, and just to let you know, the other two are not as great and wonderful as prognoCIS is. We were recommended to use this system and I want to say, it is wonderful. We were up and running this system withing 3 months, and were able to cancel the previous EMR we were using. We moved our practice after 34 years. This has to be the best move ever, as we being a solo practice, have found it really amazing and suits our practice. The billing is easy, and you dont have to wait for the next day to view the patient chart. It is user-friendly and was easily tailored according to our practice. The tech support team is great, they always help you resolve your issues in a timely manner. Overall its a great and wonderful product.

Cons

There arent any cons, but theres only one thing that I would like to mention is that once the system kind of went down for a while, as it is cloud-based and this can be expected, but it was only for a few minutes, and everything went back on and running.
