Pros
Pulmonology Cloud has a user-friendly interface that makes navigation simple even for those who do not know much about tech. The integration with other hospital systems is seamless which has significantly reduced the time spent on administrative tasks. Furthermore the EMRs specialized features for pulmonology ensure we have all the necessary tools to provide top notch care.
Cons
There were a few bugs in the system that needed addressing and updates sometimes interfered with our workflow. Customer support could be more responsive and provide quicker resolutions to issues.

Pros
Pulmonology Cloud interface is intuitive and this is something that made the transition smoother than expected. The EMR system is significantly designed for pulmonology which ensures that all necessary features and tools are available for us. Also, I really like the robust patient management system that keeps all patient records organized and easily accessible whenever required.
Cons
While the system is comprehensive, there were occasional lags during peak hours which disrupted workflow. The initial setup and customization required more time than anticipated, and customer support was somewhat slow to respond during this period.
