Carelogic billing and reporting

Pros

Their features and ease of use have improved since our implementation. Most billing and AR features work as intended.

Cons

Generating reports varies from moderately slow to very slow, especially frustrating during monthly closings or analytical report runs.

Keeping Clients Data Private

Pros

CareLogic has been excellent for us! We've utilized it for several years now and have found various applications for our needs. The ability to extract data for reports and submit them directly for grants is fantastic. We also appreciate supervisors being able to access their staff's clients to ensure accurate data entry.

Cons

Our program could benefit from less medical field-oriented document creation, but with collaboration between CareLogic and our IT team, we have found solutions that meet our needs.

Very thorough documentation

Pros

CareLogic sets clear expectations for each client and is reliable with prompt notifications for downtime or maintenance.

Cons

Every modification seems to come with a financial implication. Setting up new configurable forms can be challenging due to the software's complexity, and there is no option to delete or hide obsolete forms.

Creating original billing and regenerating billing data for resubmission is straightforward. Payment posting is also user-friendly.

Cons

CareLogic review

Pros

I find the basic software of CareLogic easy to navigate. It is web-based, allows me to create customizable forms, and facilitates communication across multiple counties.

Cons

It is frustrating that there is no one readily available for assistance with data gathering or report printing. During state meetings where we were crafting required data measurements, the CareLogic team seemed unwilling to participate.

Pros

CareLogic's ease of use and versatility, coupled with its ability to generate various reports and maintain relatively up-to-date data, make it a valuable tool for treatment plans and documentation.

Cons

It is frustrating not being able to indicate a client's status beyond active or closed also the treatment plans don't clearly link objectives to specific interventions, unlike other systems.

Good for the most part

Pros

Once I got the hang of it, I found CareLogic pretty user-friendly. I appreciate its multi-computer accessibility and the ability to save info for later editing.

Cons

There are occasions where I encounter what seem like glitches or experience downtime more frequently than I'd prefer. Specifically, accessing DrFirst from the "manage medications" tab within medication management can be problematic.
