What stands out most about CareLogic is its customization options tailored to our needs. The potential for customization seems almost limitless, and the continuous enhancements by Qualifacts keep it relevant.

Cons

It took me a while to get accustomed to CareLogic because it was not as intuitive as expected. However, once I learned to utilize it according to its design, it significantly improved our practice and became easier to navigate.
