“Very easy to use”
Pros
In the start there were some glitches, but overall it was one of the more simple EHR software I've used. I like the ability to view my client list easily, which made updating and refreshing it smooth. Adding documents to the files was also a simple process.
Cons
When they made changes I feel like they didn't take any suggestions from therapists or active users like me.

“Great, but crashes too often”
Pros
I've found the electronic health records system pretty easy to use and learn. It's simple and I was able to get the hang of it quickly.
Cons
It frequently crashes causing delays in productivity while they work on resolving the issue.

It offers the best features at a really cost-effective price. I've been really impressed with the value it provides!
Cons
Personally I find the software perfectly organized and I don't see any changeable features.

“Totally Customizable”
Pros
It is really customizable and meets most of our workflow needs. It's great at adapting to what we need.
Cons

“Interactive UI”
Pros
The interface is simple with just two tiers of menus and the screens are uncluttered. This makes it really user-friendly and easy to use for everyone.
Cons
I think the employee module needs an update to handle staff members with multiple positions since there's no way to mark a primary job. The tool for creating custom service documents is a bit confusing too. The interface looks plain, so a more visually appealing design would be great for end users. Also, the ability to create custom top menus is pretty limited.

“CareLogic for Smooth ECR”
Pros
I have learned how to create Service Documents and modifying them as needed to ensure user friendliness has been simple.
Cons
CareLogic can occasionally malfunction, which makes it a bit difficult to use at times. I've also submitted several enhancement ideas but unfortunately, none of them have been implemented yet.

“Meets my requirements”
Pros
I like the ability to create customized notes, set up features to meet different needs, generate custom reports and design custom menus and privileges. It really helps tailor everything to our specific requirements.
Cons
I've found that fixing activities and notes for staff can be tricky and requires a good understanding of the system. Sometimes, CareLogic uses similar terms that can confuse the staff. For example, "service date" might mean "creation date" in CareLogic, but to us, it refers to the actual date the service occurred. This confusion happens when a note gets detached from an activity, showing the creation date instead of the service date. It can be hard to figure out what needs fixing and whether Finance or IT should step in. I think better audit features would help users and admins troubleshoot these issues more easily.

“Gets the Job Done for Us”
Pros
I really appreciate how easy it is to track record access and changes, update the system, and access lots of data. As a community nonprofit with different programs, CareLogic has helped us simplify tasks while still letting us customize things for each program.
Cons
While a lot of data is collected, retrieving it and getting support around it could be better. The answers I've received often feel generic and not very creative. This system would be amazing if there was more user and analytic support to help us meet our business intelligence goals. I'd also love to see more integrations that are easy to access.

“Easy to learn”
Pros
As per me CareLogic is one of the leading competitors in the EHR/billing software realm. I've used both CareLogic and Credible (before their merger) and from a users perspective, posting payments electronically is far superior in CareLogic. Presentation is crucial. Some programs from other companies overload information on one screen which can be overwhelming. CareLogic's format is easy to navigate and comprehend.
Cons
I wish there were more parameters available for reports. Building customized reports using Pentaho can be time consuming and not always user friendly. Some reports in CareLogic only offer PDF output, whereas users should have a choice between PDF and Excel files for all reports.

“Satisfied with CareLogic”
Pros
I really appreciate how flexible and customizable CareLogic is—it adapts well to the needs of our agency. The configurable claim processing for different funding sources is a huge plus and it's super easy for our staff to use. As a System Admin, I've found the onboarding process well-supported and the User Community is really strong. The state meetings and annual conferences have been great for learning and networking too!
Cons
There are additional costs and limitations when it comes to sharing information across systems (HIE). Currently the patient portal is missing but their roadmap mentions a detailed patient portal for 2023. However since its not available yet, I cannot comment on its efficiency. I hope they select a good third-party product, even though it will come with an extra cost.

“Mobile-friendly product”
Pros
It offers portability and flexibility. It covers everything I need, from scheduling to billing and treatment notes. It's an all-in-one solution that really makes things easier for me.
Cons
There are instances where I have to navigate between specific screens which can be inconvenient. The system experiences several monthly downtimes for upgrades, although they usually occur late at night. However it can still disrupt those who work on notes later in the day. It would be beneficial if claims could be submitted as soon as an activity is completed rather than waiting until 1:30 am when patient activities are closed.

“My experience with Qualifacts”
Pros
The standout features for me include scheduling, clinical documentation, billing processes, configuration, 837/835 processing, HL7 notifications and per diem billing. The product is really user-friendly and makes navigating workflows a smooth experience.
Cons
The new features need more testing and additional work scenarios should be covered. We've experienced issues with the new feature for client eligibility, causing difficulties in using either the old or new process for verification. The support teams response time has also been delayed at times.

“Pretty good, but some drawbacks”
Pros
CareLogic offers so many customization options and there are endless creative ways to use the system. Plus, the peer support network from other similar agencies is amazing as it goes way beyond typical user support and really helps answer any questions I have.
Cons
The training process can be a bit tough because the system isn't always easy. Plus, setting it up on the backend takes a lot of work due to how customizable it is.

“More than just software”
Pros
The company really goes above and beyond to help. They take ownership of your problem and work to fix it as quickly as possible, which I really admire. It is also super user-friendly and easy to use. Plus, it meets all of our organization's needs perfectly.
Cons
I don't like that there are certain limitations with the customization feature. If they can fix this, I think this software could really stand out and compete in the current market.

“Poor performing EHR”
Pros
The clinical documentation is comprehensive and meets our companys needs.
Cons
When it comes to administrative and billing it is the worst EHR software we could have chosen. Since going live in December 2020 we haven't been able to run accurate aging reports or any billing reports. We had to spend thousands of dollars on additional software to help us generate accurate reports. The patient portal has not been successfully implemented and there is a lack of accountability within the company. Despite paying $8000 a month for 50 employees, the billing management and reporting functionalities have not worked as promised, leading to significant revenue loss.

Pros
