Pros

I am thrilled with the reporting capability , being able to design reports on virtually anything is fantastic. I am eagerly anticipating the Analytics feature and the possibilities it brings.

Cons

I find it incredibly useful to have all details of a service or activity's billing consolidated in one place. It is convenient to see who it was billed to, along with procedure codes, units, and amounts.

As a newcomer to CareLogic with experience in other EMR systems, I have encountered fundamental architectural limitations. Despite wishing for more flexibility, I acknowledge resource constraints and appreciate the platform's future-oriented approach.

Cons

It was a great move!

Pros

It is helped our agency keep track of appointments and documentation seamlessly. Access to documentation is easy, and there is a smooth flow from scheduling to documentation to billing.

Pros

The ease of use is great, the software practically leads me through the process of entering clients and documents.

Cons

Fixing errors is a hassle for me, there is a tedious process before I can make changes, especially if activities are attached to a payer.

The system is pretty user-friendly and allows staff to access client records easily on the go. As a system administrator, configuring it for our sites is relatively simple.

Cons

I appreciate that it is a web-based EHR with the option for remote access mobility. Overall, navigating the software is a breeze.

Cons

Pros

Finding clinical items is easy if they are properly set up.

Cons

Many features require activation or deactivation by Qualifacts, which necessitates submitting tickets. However, the lack of a clear list of available options makes this process frustrating and confusing.
