Technical support is so friendly!
Pros

I can easily access and pull records and get information from the patients tab. I can merge data from different systems as well. Their staff makes up for any shortcomings because they are always ready to help us out.

A great choice
Pros

We saw the demo and knew it was the right choice for us. Everything from scheduling to billing has improved my workflow and enhanced productivity. The customer service is excellent and resolves issues instantly.

Highly recommended
Pros

It is super easy to learn and work with. It is very helpful in transferring my data from one to the office real quick.

Cons

It doesnt provide the facility for computerized copying. It would have cost me extra so I didnt get it.

They take care of their clients and make sure to give everyone a personalized level of care. Their updates also include new features that we want to see.

The level of reporting is not ideal but they are working on it.

Their personalized client support is unmatched. We continuously talk to an individual and not just any individual, but anyone who takes time to tune in and address the issue at hand. This sort of benefit is nearly unheard of and is to be commended!

A few reports arent as strong as we would want, In any case, ReLiMED is continuously willing and able to make strides and extend on ranges of consumer requirements. They tune in to our needs and incorporate sensible demands for changes in their computer program upgrades. ReLiMed strives to meet the advancing needs of FQHCs and is persistently investigating the government announcing changes that impact these organizations.

A user-friendly excellent product with great customer support. They keep you updated with modernized features and fulfil all our requirements

It could provide more templates otherwise its an amazing software. It was not hard to learn this software due to its ease of use.

Great support and Service
Pros

The customer service is excellent, they concentrate and listen to your issues and help them get fixed in no time.

Some of the reports are slightly confusing and not as specific as we would like them to be.

Absolutely in love with this software
Pros

I wouldnt recommend any other software. Its so easy to use and the customer staff is great. ReLiMed EHR has made our work simple and efficient.

Cons

Id be lying if I said I had somebody bad to say about it. There is not one issue I faced during the installation and usage of this amazing software.

Great product if you have the time to put into it.

We like how you can really tailor it to your business. We run a bar and bottle shop and can sell by using an ingredient or a product. The reporting is pretty extensive. The timekeeping and scheduling keep everything in one place.

Cons

The backend takes a bit of a learning curve. It will take some time to learn how to operate and get used to the format.
