Getting everything set up was pretty easy and finding my way around is really simple. Overall I have not run into any problems with the service since I started using it.
Cons

Jotting down notes during a visit is quick and I can pull up lab results or medication history without clicking all over the place. The billing side connects directly to the charts so I do not have to enter anything twice.
Cons
The mobile view does not display everything properly and if I switch tabs too quickly, I can lose my changes. Updates also tend to log me out while I am in the middle of typing something.

The calendar is great as I love how it flows visually. The reports are also useful, the color-coding helps and it's easy to navigate and set up. It even works smoothly in a practice that still uses paper charts.
Cons
It would be great to copy and paste appointments like Brickle used to, not just duplicate or move but a simple copy/cut and paste into a different time slot.

There are only two credit card processors that work with this tool and their rates are not very competitive. Plus prescription refills approved in the Rcopia portal do not show up in it and we cannot view or print refill records from within tool either.

Getting our practice started was surprisingly fast and the EHR was pretty easy to pick up. We also like how quickly the Remedly team responds to our questions and requests. Overall they are really good at fixing things proactively whenever issues come up.
Cons
I'd like to see a couple of integration tweaks like having insurance payments from the RCM system automatically show up in the EHR instead of someone manually entering them. But the good parts definitely outweigh these issues and we have found solid workarounds.
