Pretty easy setup

Pros

Getting everything set up was pretty easy and finding my way around is really simple. Overall I have not run into any problems with the service since I started using it.

Cons

No complaints at all. The only problem I have ever run into was my internet cutting out but the software itself has been completely fine.

Easy to use, good support and fair pricing

Pros

The platform is easy to use and the support is good. The pricing is fair too especially when we look at what other electronic health records charge.

Cons

I really cannot think of anything I did not like about it, it makes me wonder how those bigger EHR companies manage to stay so popular.

innovative tool!

Pros

Remedly is smart, innovative tech. It enhances how we care for patients while helping private practices stay financially healthy. Plus they genuinely care about their partners success and about ours too and that's what a real partnership feels like.

Cons

Nothing really, being able to access it easily is a huge help for our team as they can always check their schedules which is really important. The software is pretty user-friendly too and new staff members pick it up without any trouble.

Pros

Moving through the platform is easy and whenever I have had questions, the customer support team has been really helpful.

Cons

Covers all our basic needs

Pros

It covers all my basic needs and lets the team view the schedule without hassle. Managing the daily workflow is easy and fast too which makes our whole service quicker and more polished.

Cons

A few features could be simpler to personalize and getting hold of customer support to resolve issues can sometimes be a challenge.

quick notes and direct billing connection

Pros

Jotting down notes during a visit is quick and I can pull up lab results or medication history without clicking all over the place. The billing side connects directly to the charts so I do not have to enter anything twice.

Cons

The mobile view does not display everything properly and if I switch tabs too quickly, I can lose my changes. Updates also tend to log me out while I am in the middle of typing something.

Really like its user-friendly design

Pros

I really like how user-friendly it is as it did not take me long at all to feel comfortable using it.

Cons

Once the free trial ends, I'd be looking at over $250 a month if I want access to the more advanced features which is quite expensive.

Pros

What stood out to me was Remedly's all in one approach, combining practice management, EHR, billing and patient engagement into a single platform. The interface is also user friendly and the automated features really help cut down on administrative work.

Cons

A few features could offer more customization and the system sometimes slows down which can be annoying. How it connects with other apps could be better too.

Organizes workflow

Pros

User friendly but feels outdated

Pros

The scheduling system is both user friendly and detailed.

Cons

It feels outdated and awkward. Moving between different sections is not smooth too as it's slow and the flow feels broken. Even the menu layout is really confusing and not user friendly at all.

easy to figure out !!

Pros

I like that the website is pretty easy to figure out on your own and whenever I do have questions, customer service gets back to me right away!

Cons

Umm I'd like to be able to update payment cards on active subscriptions without having to cancel and start a new one. Other than that I really cannot think of any issues.

Great calendar with visual flow

Pros

The calendar is great as I love how it flows visually. The reports are also useful, the color-coding helps and it's easy to navigate and set up. It even works smoothly in a practice that still uses paper charts.

Cons

It would be great to copy and paste appointments like Brickle used to, not just duplicate or move but a simple copy/cut and paste into a different time slot.

Patients can submit details and pay

Pros

It's great that patients can fill out and submit their own health details and make payments directly through the portal.

Cons

There are only two credit card processors that work with this tool and their rates are not very competitive. Plus prescription refills approved in the Rcopia portal do not show up in it and we cannot view or print refill records from within tool either.

easy to pick up

Pros

Getting our practice started was surprisingly fast and the EHR was pretty easy to pick up. We also like how quickly the Remedly team responds to our questions and requests. Overall they are really good at fixing things proactively whenever issues come up.

Cons

I'd like to see a couple of integration tweaks like having insurance payments from the RCM system automatically show up in the EHR instead of someone manually entering them. But the good parts definitely outweigh these issues and we have found solid workarounds.
