“Connects well with our HER

Pros

It ties into our EHR effortlessly and makes things much more convenient for me as a provider, the pharmacy and our patients.

Cons

We are annoyed that the fee doesn't reflect how much we actually use the service.

I can pull up a patient's medication list whenever I need to which is really helpful.

Cons

It's extremely pricey when it doesn't bring in revenue and I'm basically keeping it just to satisfy Meaningful Use requirements.

Pros

Every now and then I find myself needing a few extra clicks to get to where I want to go but overall the transitions are smooth and I can pull up the same information in multiple different ways.

Pros

I like that it integrates perfectly with our EHR system.

Cons

Whenever I renew a medication it gets added to the medication list again which makes it easy for me to check the last renewal date. The downside is that the list quickly fills up with duplicated entries so I end up scrolling through a long series of repeats. I would prefer if each medication appeared only once but still allowed me to see when it was started and how often it's renewed.

Everything about it is great and we are pleased with it.

Would be great if frequently used items like millilitres, tabs and patches were pinned at the top so I don't have to scroll through the entire list every time.

I find the app really simple to use and it gives me a genuine feeling of security and confidence.

E-prescribing feature is awesome and it even lets me examine claims and prescriptions that other doctors have completed. The updated scheduling module offers cutting-edge tools and can alert patients about upcoming appointments via email.

My experience is that the Quality Data system consistently runs behind schedule.

It is easy to create and send prescriptions. It also integrates with our EHR smoothly.

Cons

We are unable to view medications ordered by other clinicians when patients can't remember their own current medicines which causes problems.

I appreciate that it allows me to send controlled prescriptions.

Often I have to deal with too many passwords.
