Pros
The customer service team is knowledgeable and professional. Every team member explains in a clear, logical and easy-to-understand way.
Cons
I don't have any issues to report. I'm still getting comfortable with billing and using e-prescribing, the EHR and e-scheduling but I approach each workday with growing confidence.

Pros
I find the system's medication side excellent. It's simple to send and receive requests and refills.
Cons
For me, the EHR and PM portions feel very limited in functionality and come across as quite complicated.

“Top ePrescribing software
Pros
Very simple to handle and it remembers the medicines I prescribe most often. It keeps a history of prior prescriptions for each patient and I use it across Windows, Mac, iPhone, iPad and Android phones. It's the best ePrescribing application I've worked with.
Cons
For it to run smoothly, I need plenty of desktop memory.

“Electronic prescribing made simple
Pros
When I joined the practice, the office felt stuck in the 90s and scheduling was the only thing on a computer. Everything else ran on paper. Switching to RxNT made electronic prescribing simpler and more affordable than handwriting scripts for our patients. The interface is simple and I've gotten excellent support whenever it was necessary.
Cons
On multiple occasions I have asked for the diagnostic codes to be uploaded so we could select them from the dropdown list yet support consistently sends me to voicemail and then gets back to me at the worst possible times in my schedule which makes it very frustrating.

I've found it really easy to keep track of prescription records.
Cons
It's frustratingly slow and when I edit a patient's date of birth it keeps reverting to today's date.

More tabbing rather than mouse clicks when posting charges and payments would be helpful for me with mandatory fields but it's workable.

Pros
Honestly, it's way easier than handwriting prescriptions. I really like that every prescription I enter is saved and available for review later and I can pull up a patient's full list of medications on the site which is very helpful when many different meds have been tried in the past.
Cons
I'd prefer if the price were lower but it's such a solid system that I wouldn't go back to paper scripts. Also, e-prescribing is actually mandatory where I practice so despite the cost this fits my needs.

“Innovative product with excellent service
Pros
There are plenty of things I like about using it. It's really innovative and the support is extremely responsive. I can email them and usually get an answer within a few minutes. The software itself is excellent and user-friendly so I don't have to be an IT specialist to find my way around it. Honestly, I'm really fond of this product.
Cons
The only real issue I've noticed is that it starts to run more slowly after I log out and then log back into my account which can be annoying during a busy day. Despite that slowdown, I have no major complaints overall because the product works very well.

Pros
The system not only imports medications straight into our EHR but it also guides me in choosing which prescriptions are likely to be covered and which aren't.
Cons
I've experienced problems with certain insurers where the tool struggles unless I search using fill data instead of rd which makes some lookups complex and inconsistent.

I'm impressed by how well organized it is. It's simple to read and understand for billing and it genuinely helps practitioners communicate with one another.
Cons
When I run into issues, customer support tends to be slow to respond, the platform has glitches like most software does, I can't save templates for reuse which would save me time in the future and there are ads.

Claim submission feature and the procedure macro are nice. I think it has a lot of promise but still needs additional fine-tuning.

Sadly, I've run into poor customer service and noticed some staff don't have sufficient knowledge about the software so I can't recommend it in its current state.

Pros
I'm pleased with the affordability and the simple interface and I can create prescriptions pretty quickly. Colleagues I work with often report that it functions reliably for psychiatric practice.
Cons
It doesn't integrate with our primary care systems or with the Profiler EHR/EMR so it feels like an add-on rather than core software. In my experience it's likely to be phased out in favor of Dr. First or the Profiler EHR since those integrate smoothly with Profiler.

Pros
Using RxNT's mobile app helps me work more efficiently and deliver better patient care and it stores patients' medications so refills are quick and simple.
Cons
I occasionally lose a patient's information with this system and I find using it can be confusing at times. Setting up staff accounts also feels somewhat difficult.

“Amazing Charge capture app
Pros
As someone working in a doctor's office, I find the Charge Capture app fantastic for moving our notes and diagnosis codes over to the billing company quickly and reliably. The process of building a claim and dispatching it for billing is pretty simple and fast.
Cons
I wish the customer support would return calls more quickly because waiting for callbacks slows us down. It would also help a lot if the scheduling app could be resized or shown larger on the screen for easier use.

I picked it up quickly and found the interface simple. The design is clean and the software is easy for users. The support team is friendly and helpful and they offer free, unlimited assistance.
Cons
Unfortunately, I've run into frequent glitches and the support team often seems overloaded so they schedule callbacks instead of resolving issues immediately. The eligibility verification tool let me down and the built-in clearinghouse has been really poor in my experience.

Pros
The app is very easy to manage and the Tech Support team has been extremely helpful so overall it simply works. I use it smoothly on my Windows desktop, my Mac desktop, my iPhone and my iPad without any hiccups. Sending prescriptions to pharmacies is also very simple and quick.

“Too many unnecessary steps

I find the claim submission process simple. E-prescriptions function reliably. Also, the dashboard is a handy and useful.
Cons
We waste far too much time with extra clicks. I cannot create simple custom reports and many practice management reports are essentially useless so I have to spend additional time making them workable. After building a report, the system fails to save the template for later use like other programs do. The schedule screen lacks sufficient useful details, causing multiple extra clicks for basic items like copay information. My browser often spins and I repeatedly have to re-sign in moving between pages. An overload of system errors slows production. Although this product has potential, it still feels very early in development. A spell-check would improve professionalism and support is frequently not immediately available at times when I need help.
