“Strikes perfect balance”
Pros
I've found it to hit the sweet spot between being simple and powerful. Its easy to use, integrates smoothly with my daily routine and offers every core feature I need. Their support staff replies quickly and that responsiveness really helps.
Cons
Generally, I only run into a few small bugs or occasional slowdowns but they happen infrequently and haven't meaningfully disrupted my day-to-day work.

“reasonably priced!”
Pros
It is simple to use and affordable, with integrated billing, scheduling and a patient portal. It includes ready-made chart templates for simple notes and I find it quick to add patient records and send orders to labs or pharmacies for medications.
Cons
I have to select several different forms to create a complete note and there's no way for me to merge multiple forms into a single encounter.

“Convenient app”
Pros
The interface is very simple and user-friendly. It organizes tasks and makes e-prescribing easy. I also appreciate having mobile apps which let me manage things while I'm out and about.
Cons
Haven't run into any issues using the software. It feels reliable and I haven't experienced problems in my day-to-day use.

“You can customize prescriptions”
Pros
RXNT is really user-friendly. I've been able to customize prescriptions to suit my needs which I couldn't do with other platforms I've tried. I rarely run into problems retrieving prescriptions when necessary and refill requests generally come through smoothly without any issues.
Cons
I find it difficult to reach someone quickly when I need assistance. Most of the time my support requests come up while I'm trying to send a prescription for a patient and getting hold of a customer service rep in that moment can be frustratingly slow.

“great until unfair auto-renewal charge”
Pros
Opted for RXNT as an all-in-one solution for patient charts, scheduling, billing and e-prescribing. Had been using paper charts and handwritten prescriptions, a real dinosaur! The part I use most and like best is e-prescribing, including controlled substances. Setup was simple, the company and partners walked me through everything. There's even an app for e-prescriptions. It worked perfectly even while overseas on vacation. Did a controlled substance refill from a Starbucks in Japan! Patients appreciate it, and it makes me feel in control of my practice and prescriptions. The scheduling area is a breeze, adding patients to the calendar is straightforward. I haven't implemented the billing module, feels like a lot for a solo practice to manage accounting and payment posting myself. I'm sure it's easy once you get used to it. My trainer is just fantastic, patient, personable and available. The entire team is responsive, positive and encouraging. Really happy with the choice; it came highly recommended and well-reviewed.
Cons
Nothing to dislike. Spent a weekend inputting cases. Found out it's more thorough to add patients and details via the scheduling module rather than the EMR module.

“Easy way to send prescriptions”
Pros
I appreciate that it makes sending prescriptions to patients so convenient and I can access it straight from my web browser without extra steps.
Cons
Patient's charts feel unnecessarily complicated to me and I find it extremely frustrating that I have to maintain separate accounts when I'm working in different clinics.

“Integrates smoothly”
Pros
Integrating with our EHR makes it easy and effective to use during busy workflow.
Cons
I struggle to search for some medications. Formulary details aren't always completely accurate.

“fees went up, help is bad”
Pros
Nothing remarkable. The posting process is annoying and reps won't assist with EFT or ERA setup.
Cons
After using it for two years the annual fee jumped way too much. It lacks a consult recording option except on a phone; overall features feel poor and everything runs very slowly.

“Simple to use every day”
Pros
The user interface is really easy to use. Charting and patient scheduling are effortless. Our clinic operates smoothly with it.
Cons
Its hard to find things to complain about. It's simple, user-friendly and handy. Patient flow remains steady.

“great but has one problem”
Pros
I think it's great that there are lots of automated features. Whether it's posting payments or making new claims, it's really simple. Payer payments come through much quicker and handling and posting patient payments is the simplest I've seen.
Cons
Can't look at rejections without opening the claim. I would rather have a denial folder showing the real rejection details to handle them.

“Good price and easy now”
Pros
It's affordable and pretty easy once you get the hang of it. Adding a new patient is simple and filling out the required fields is painless. When I've reached out to support, the rep responded quickly, was very helpful and promised to pass my feedback to the team.
Cons
The onboarding session wasn't great, we had higher expectations and felt underprepared. Everything felt a bit much at first since none of us had seen the screens before so it was overwhelming. After using it for a couple of years though we've become comfortable navigating the platform.

“easy patient management but frustrating mobile login”
Pros
Simple to sign up and manage new patients. Usually connects smoothly with E3 Pro/Enclara that we use for home hospice patients.
Cons
Two-factor authentication on the mobile app is frustrating. Live ID is unreliable and glitchy. Support doesn't appear to understand the issue even after it's been explained very plainly.

“Billing is fast and simple”
Pros
I find the billing system very simple. Everything moves really smoothly from the coding to pricing for every item.
Cons
Having to enter the insurance information separately every time you add a new patient. Clarification: if it's a child, you have to enter the parent first before you can add the child even if the parent isn't a client. I don't have any suggestions on how to manage this.

“easy to use and safe”
Pros
Very easy to use with excellent accessibility. It allows us to access quick searching and navigate smoothly through patient records. And customer support responds promptly if issues occur. The platform feels highly secure and keeps sensitive patient documents private.
Cons
Before the updates the features weren't as easy or user-friendly. Navigating the patient management portal felt clumsy and not very smooth.

“Simple but has some bugs”
Pros
Its very simple and efficient. We had AdvanceMD before and even paying twice as much it felt very awkward to use. Really glad we switched to this tool.
Cons
Well new errors appear the more we explore RXNT. That said, we know that the team is working to fix them and we're hopeful.

“i can work my own way”
Pros
Patient records are simple to get to. Lets me tweak settings so it fits my own workflow instead of forcing a one-size-fits-all process.
Cons
No real drawbacks so far. Just began using it. Not really a fault, but moving the navigation buttons above each record list instead of on the left would be nicer to me. It's purely personal preference, not a big deal. One downside that pops up often is the ads along the bottom can slow my PC. I'll try to find a way to remove them later.

“help is great, AI is not”
Pros
Customer support is excellent. For the most part, sending prescriptions is simple. The workflow for controlled meds is something I really appreciate. Security seems solid. Still getting familiar with the templates.
Cons
The new AI feature is a bit rough. Now that it's part of charting, it still needs to be much more intuitive. It frequently pulls in and highlights irrelevant info (especially verbatim patient remarks). The consistency is lacking and the notes read like multiple people patched the data together. Hoping updates will improve this over time.

“Safe and easy to use”
Pros
The platform feels secure and simple once it's configured. Writing prescriptions for patients is fast and smooth.
Cons
Initial setup only takes a few minutes and it's definitely worthwhile down the road. Having a compliant, safe and secure prescribing solution is absolutely necessary.

“a foundation for growth”
Pros
We like how simple scheduling and patient follow-up is. The report tools are easy to run and we'll learn additional reports after buying the other modules.
Cons
No cons so far. We plan to purchase additional modules in the very near future and any shortcomings we notice could appear then.
