efficient, despite the price

Pros

Prescribing is simple. Hooks into our EHR and retains patient demographics and their chosen pharmacy.

Cons

It Can be pricey for a smaller clinic. We had to jump several hoops to transfer practice ownership without purchasing extra licenses.

Let down by support

Pros

It used to be a great company but not anymore.

Cons

Communication is poor and they are very rigid with requests. I travel a lot and their new control system does not work outside the country unlike the old flexible token. Also they charge too much to add a Nurse Practitioner and at one point they even suspended my service without notice, which hurt my patients even though it was not my fault. On top of that you can only make changes with a new agreement so I could not add a Nurse Practitioner when I needed to.

Pricing is not transparent

Pros

The pricing is misleading as it's not really a monthly plan like they advertise. You have to plan 2 to 3 months ahead to cancel before the yearly renewal. That said the system itself is easy to use.

Cons

The pricing is misleading. When we tried to terminate our contract 3.5 months in advance we were told we had to pay for the full year until it was time to renew.

Great choice for prescriptions

Pros

I would say RXNT has a fantastic platform for prescribing and coordinating with pharmacies and patients keeping all prescriptions organized and easy to manage.

Cons

There was little support at times but I got bombarded with automatic emails which felt unnecessary and became quite annoying.

Perfect for managing patients

Pros

RXNT software is very simple to use and access. Plus I love the prefilled medications and the convenience of writing prescriptions.

Cons

One thing I noticed is that it can get confusing if you do not enter your patient's information clearly and correctly.

Better than many other tools

Pros

The program is easy to use, flexible and I would say it works really well for mental health practices.

Cons

I noticed that there were some issues with software instability and an inconsistent onboarding process.

Had a nice time using it

Pros

RXNT is very user-friendly and easy to navigate. And whenever I had an issue I could find a training resource or chat with someone. In short everyone was super friendly and helpful and the training was excellent too.

Cons

Well I think the setup process should be more well-defined and easier to complete.

Simply and effective tool

Pros

It's simple to use, and I like that medications automatically sync from the EMAR into RXNT.

Cons

The system logs staff out after inactivity, which can be inconvenient.

Terrible support for login process

Pros

Once it is up and running, I find it relatively easy to use compared to other systems.

Cons

Because of the new DEA authentication process, hundreds of doctors cannot prescribe controlled meds including me. They don't have enough support staff so I have spent hours on hold. The staff themselves are helpful but the process is a nightmare.

Costs money but doesn't work

Pros

The only good thing about RXNT to me is that it is cheaper than other options but the quality shows. Also keep in mind that you really get what you pay for. Overall it's disappointing.

Cons

It does not work for patients. Most of the time they cannot register for their portal or fill out paperwork. The software has many "bugs" that employees don't know how to fix. Also the billing software does not work either. I have been using this for over a year and they still have not fully set it up for me. So save yourself time and stress and don't use it. Choose another software even if it's more expensive. I am switching now and wish I would never started with them.

Top-tool in the market

Pros

The website is easy to use and I find it simple to navigate too.

Cons

One thing I noticed is that the token is not always available and when that happens, it limits what I can do.

The top prescribing tool

Pros

From a clinician's view, the system is very user-friendly. The data is well organized, drop-downs work smoothly, adding patients is simple and I like being able to save favorite pharmacies.

Cons

The onboarding process was a bit more challenging than necessary but because I have a history with the program, it might have been less relevant for me.

Really enjoyed using it

Pros

Entering and tracking medications is easy and reordering is simple too. Also I like that narcotics can be sent to other pharmacies without any hassle.

Cons

I really like everything about it. I have no complaints or concerns at this time. It's a great program.

Not what you expect

Pros

They claim it is low-cost but they keep adding extra fees. I honestly did not like anything about it. Even the interface feels messy.

Cons

Telehealth is separate from it and customer support is terrible. They do not seem to know much about their own program. I had to figure everything out on my own.
