RXNT system is easy to use and tech support is helpful whenever needed. I can talk to a live person to resolve any issues.
Cons
I cannot note or delete patients who have passed away or moved away.

Pros
I really like being able to see when a prescription was sent and successfully delivered. It gives me peace of mind knowing everything went through.
Cons
The only downside is that when the system goes down, it can be down for a few hours.

“Budget-friendly & effective
Pros
I submitted a copy of the template I wanted and the RXNT team implemented it just as I asked. It was a smooth process!
Cons
I experience frequent outages, cannot insert physical exams once the template is chosen and cannot create "CPT clusters." The EMG shuts off every day at 12:21 a.m. which requires a restart. Also it does not save information instantly, so I've had to retype information multiple times because it didn't save.

It's easy to use this platform even from countries like China. The accessibility is great, no matter where you are.
Cons
Inputting patient demographics can be a bit clunky and sometimes erases information. The e-consent can be tricky pressing the wrong button might delete the patient.

I feel like patient migration, encounter formation, sending prescriptions and customer service could definitely be more effective. There's room for improvement in those areas.
