RXNT system is easy to use and tech support is helpful whenever needed. I can talk to a live person to resolve any issues.

Cons

I cannot note or delete patients who have passed away or moved away.

I submitted a copy of the template I wanted and the RXNT team implemented it just as I asked. It was a smooth process!

I experience frequent outages, cannot insert physical exams once the template is chosen and cannot create "CPT clusters." The EMG shuts off every day at 12:21 a.m. which requires a restart. Also it does not save information instantly, so I've had to retype information multiple times because it didn't save.

It's easy to use this platform even from countries like China. The accessibility is great, no matter where you are.

Inputting patient demographics can be a bit clunky and sometimes erases information. The e-consent can be tricky pressing the wrong button might delete the patient.

When I click on RXNT prescribe on Donefirst EMR, I wish it would take me directly to the patients portal. I always end up searching for the patient before prescribing.

The system lacks a few features needed in a pediatric setting. I have to keep separate tabs open for scheduling, EHR and billing.
