Ultimate efficiency

Pros

I think Rx Vantage is the quickest and easiest way to contact pharmaceutical reps, making the old way of calling them seem old-fashioned.

Cons

User-friendly login

I can not imagine going back

Pros

Before using RXVantage, I relied on a large calendar book to schedule lunches. Reps would come in and wait for me to meet with them to review the schedule, resulting in numerous phone calls. The amount of time I spent scheduling lunches was overwhelming. Since implementing RXVantage, everything has changed. Reps can now book themselves and confirm lunch days without waiting for my response. I can email them to coordinate what they'll bring in. There's no more confusion or mistakes, and the software has lifted a significant burden off my shoulders. I couldn't imagine going back to the old way.

Cons

I really can't find any faults with the software.

It' s all nice.

Pros

I'm grateful that I no longer have to handle scheduling directly; I can simply fax over a request to the rep, eliminating the need for phone calls.

Cons

It's not very intuitive to navigate when looking for reps matching specific drugs or companies. Maybe I need some retraining.

This software changed my life

Pros

This product is undoubtedly the best solution for managing industry reps in our office. We can easily publish our availability and office protocols for anyone interested in calling on our providers. Pushing out information is a breeze, and accessing the dashboard of reps from anywhere is incredibly convenient. This program has saved us countless hours of resources and has significantly streamlined our office workflow.

Cons

Honestly, there's nothing I dislike about it. Reps might report errors, but those are usually isolated incidents or attempts to avoid using the software.
