Personally, I find contacting the office directly far more efficient and personalized.

Cons

I find it incredibly frustrating trying to book appointments through this platform. It's nearly impossible, and I end up having to double-check with offices anyway. Now, on top of that, we have to PAY for this terrible service!

However, despite these initial challenges, most representatives eventually express a preference for this scheduling method. They find it easier to use once they've overcome the initial hurdles.
