RxVANTAGE "A LIFE-SAVER"

Pros

RxVantage is a daily essential for our office, simplifying the coordination of pharmaceutical rep visits. All educational sessions and lunches are effortlessly scheduled in the background, requiring minimal input from us. Once the setup is complete and the calendar is updated, we essentially just monitor the system. This invaluable tool comes at no cost to the practice, making it even more beneficial.

Cons

Not enough practices in our area use the software, so we often have to assist reps who aren't familiar with it.

Impact of RxVantage on Work Flow

Pros

The database organization and efficiency gained from using RxVantage have been invaluable to our office.

Cons

Finding the right rep to accept bookings can be cumbersome. Despite previous discussions, changes to booking requirements seem to revert.

Only positive things to mention in regards to RX Vantage

Pros

I appreciate being able to easily locate representative contacts and avoid the hassle of canceling and rescheduling lunches.

Cons

I haven't encountered any issues with the program in over 2 years of use. It's been nothing but positive for us. The staff are comfortable using another schedule to view lunches, and the software effectively handles last-minute cancellations by removing reps immediately from the schedule.

Excellent program to accurately schedule lunches for multiple office locations

Pros

User Friendly, easy to set up multiple locations with just a few minutes Automatic Updated Notification Confirmation Notices Able to locate Representatives by name and or drug that they provide Never double booked for any time slot allowed.

Cons

While some vendors find it challenging to use, personally, I haven't encountered any issues.
