The live patient portal and billing module have made this not only a brilliant solution for our staff but for our patients as well. Impressive work!

There are no negative aspects to it, and we are happy with the switch. However, the customer care department can be a bit more responsive!

Deserves all the praise
Pros

SammyEHR Software has helped our mid-sized practice manage its staff and also facilitate patients. Doctors can add notes and sign off on charts with ease.

Cons

It shows an error when more than one doctor is consulting with the same patient, which is very irritating.

Pros

Easy to operate, good customer support, Nice customization options, and really impressive inbuilt features overall.

Cons

To be honest, understanding the software and how to operate it was a real struggle for me. If they have better guidance outlines it would be less time-consuming.

Pros

You can save a lot of time by using the auto-fill option to enter all similar patient details at the same time. I like how the system is pretty straightforward forward and its easy to operate it even for beginners with an easy learning curve.

Cons

The guidelines provided are inadequate and need some work upon it.

Pros

Its a good software because we didnt have to spend a lot of time getting used to the program. The files are placed in an orderly fashion, so you can easily navigate your way through them! Very impressive.

Cons

The insurance claim management system makes it hard to save data.

Affordable but comes at a price!
Pros

Its cheaper than most system out there but it definitely lacks a lot of the features that makes a system good.

Cons

The programme becomes unresponsive at times.The customer support is bad and we wish it had a simple billing feature so we could increase the efficiency of our workflow.

Great budget EHR software
Pros

SammyEHR has made it easier for me to manage my practice and handle all scheduling, billing, and insurance tasks. I can add notes, upload documents, attach photographs and keep all the patient information stored in one secure location.

Cons

This one has fewer technical issues and glitches as compared to other software in the same budget but there are still occasional hiccups.

Once you get a hang of it, it becomes super convenient especially in the Podiatry department as its acquainted with podiatrist billing and coding.

I dont like their Customer support. Its so hard to reach them and when you do, they are of no help.
