A great EHR choice for aesthetics clinics operating on tight, startup, budgets. Covers the full range of workflow functionalities needed for a rising practice – minus anything extra (as stated). Recommend it.
Cons
The software design needs a bit of a makeover.

It is comprehensive and as detailed as you want it to be with the ability to select any level of permissions for each employee. It graphs very easily and offers labels and other ways to customize every module.

Occasionally has slow periods of operation but rare.

All like the most features under the Billing navigation tab especially. The registry is the fastest way to get info drilled down to your specific needs. it has also helped streamline patient check in and collecting outstanding balances. I really appreciate the new updates!

Reporting action has a learning curve to it.

An honest and effortless product!
Pros
This software is fairly straightforward and easy to use. Even new users can figure out the basics for themselves. Record keeping and reminders about treatment plan updates are few important features for me.
Cons
There are no cons that i can think of.

The only positive thing about this EHR software is that the price is very low.
Cons
It is not responsive to the system with many interface, navigation and data reporting issues. System crashes are very common. Not recommended.
