clean, customizable and practical system

Pros

it's very user-friendly with a clean, simple layout and an attractive look and I can customize it in practical ways.

Cons

I would really like more reporting features , things like cancellation percentages, revenue reports I can customize and the ability to sort clients by last name instead of first. Overall it's a solid product and I actually had to pause and think hard before coming up with anything negative.

Quite impressed with fast support

Pros

I am quite impressed with the support team as they get back to me fast, help find solutions quickly and seem genuinely receptive when I suggest improvements, so I feel heard as a customer.

Cons

It would be helpful if they included some of the business reports that are offered elsewhere so I could track a few additional data points.

Pros

Using it helped me learn more about my clients and what I appreciate most is that it made me feel much more at ease when speaking.

Cons

At first it was somewhat confusing yet after I got the hang of how everything worked, it turned out to be really helpful.

Easy navigation and budget-friendly

Pros

Sessions Health is so easy to navigate for my clients and me. Plus whenever I contact support, they get back to me fast and fix whatever's wrong. On top of that it is far more budget-friendly than many other EHR systems I've looked at.

Cons

Honestly there are not any downsides I can think of as the interface is user friendly and clients have told me directly that they find it easy to use.

Pretty comfortable and user-friendly

Pros

I am pretty comfortable using it as it is very user-friendly. Also there are enough features to accomplish everything I need without overwhelming the dashboard or leaving me puzzled. My clients like having the portal too, as it makes booking appointments and handling payments much simpler for them which saves me time and avoids back and forth.

Cons

One thing I wish for is that the credit card processing charges were lower, though in practice their rates are relatively competitive compared with others.

Incredibly user-friendly and affordable

Pros

The EHR is incredibly user-friendly and easy to use. What I like most is how fast it is to pick from pre-made online forms or to customize documents by editing specific sections on the fly. My clients also appreciate being able to book or modify appointments themselves through the online portal. On top of that, the price point is the biggest advantage for me. Running a solo practice with a part-time caseload, the affordability truly makes a difference in how I operate.

Cons

I do wish it offered a built-in payment system so I could keep all of my billing and tax records in one place as that would simplify bookkeeping a lot. It's a fairly minor drawback for me though since the team at SH has generally been responsive and receptive whenever I've raised questions or suggested changes, so most of my concerns have been listened to.

Really positive with amazing support

Pros

I have recently begun using it for my new therapy practice and overall it's been a really positive experience so far. The interface and initial setup was user-friendly, making it easy to get started. Their support team has been amazing too as I have gotten replies within hours and sometimes just minutes whenever I have had multiple questions or needed assistance.

Cons

There have been a few technical issues when clients try to access their portals. For billing tasks like uploading insurance information and adding payment cards, the client portal is not very user friendly, the result of it is that clients frequently overlook few steps at first. The setup for family or conjoint clients has also been tricky and confusing for both me and my clients. Additionally, I wish the documentation library offered a wider selection of resources.
