From where should I began. Well the scheduling and communication features have streamlined our operations, allowing us to focus more on patient care. Also using SnapMD has greatly improved our telehealth services. The integration with our existing EMR system also went seamless, and the interface is highly user-friendly. Also our patients really like the convenience of virtual visits. Plus, the platform reliability has ensured minimal downtime.
Cons
While it offers many useful features, setting it up was not so easy. However with the help of customer support team everything become simple and less time consuming for us.
