Pros
From where should I began. Well the scheduling and communication features have streamlined our operations, allowing us to focus more on patient care. Also using SnapMD has greatly enhanced our telehealth services. The integration with our existing EMR system was seamless, and the interface is incredibly user-friendly. Our patients appreciate the convenience of virtual visits, and the platforms reliability has ensured minimal downtime.
Cons
While SnapMD offers robust features, setting it up was not so easy. However with the help of customer support team everything become simple and less time consuming.
