I appreciate the user-friendliness of Nittio, especially its customizable pricing and convenient mobile navigation. The appointment reminders it sends to clients are particularly helpful.
Cons
I have noticed that in some other platforms, attaching a credit card to a client file is included in certain price plans. However, breaking down all the options can lead to a rapid accumulation of costs, especially if we aim to provide additional services to our clients.

“Great all in one solution
Pros
I really appreciate the soap notes and customization options. The tagging feature on the body is fantastic, and I love how the system learns which tags I use most frequently.
Cons
The calendar and booking functionality feels somewhat cumbersome. Moving appointments around is not as straightforward, and associated invoices or notes don't move along seamlessly. Deleting appointments also involves multiple steps.

I find Noterro accessible, customizable and I appreciate having access to the online app.
Cons
It would be more convenient if appointments made through online booking were automatically added to the calendar without needing confirmation from the practitioner. Having the ability to accept or decline appointment requests directly would be helpful.

Pros
Noterro provides incredible customer support with quick and helpful responses. Additionally, the app portal enhances accessibility, offering unmatched quality for its cost.
Cons
I find the process of using soap notes in this system to be a bit challenging. I miss the simplicity of creating checkbox lists for treated areas and techniques used. The prospect of manually typing everything is daunting, although I understand there might be typing shortcuts available.

Pros
The scheduling process is very easy and efficient as it sets up automatically. I havent attempted to upload my own forms yet, but I am hopeful that it will be a straightforward task.
Cons
Currently, the program cannot directly fax or send a note to a physician from the template. The only option is to download it to the computer and send it as an attachment. Noterro plans to add this feature in the future, but it is not being worked on at the moment.

The customer service has been great, especially when it comes to responding to my questions. However, some of the workarounds have been overshadowed by the additional features like Find a Time, Linking family accounts, Privacy and the setup videos.
Cons
It took me a bit more effort and exploration to access some of the features, and there were some limitations in the Admin, Practitioner (Therapist) and Asst. views that I found confusing initially. However, I appreciated the ability to ask questions during scheduled meetings, and the team discussed some of the items that are currently being developed. It would be useful to have visibility on the current items in progress.

We need to improve the booking systems email notifications and receipts as they are currently only functioning intermittently.
