Swift zoom booking

Pros

Overall it was a positive experience because I was able to book a Zoom appointment quickly and the customer service during that process was excellent.

Cons

The AI note-taking feature was disappointing because it didn't capture everything I said. My special tests and detailed findings were left out and it only produced a very general note. Because of that, I had to redo my notes which ended up taking more time instead of actually helping me save time on charting.

polished booking page

Pros

Compared with other booking apps Noterro lets me set up two different clinic locations which is really useful. It also allows me to add a clinic description on the booking page and that gives the page a more polished, professional look.

Cons

Clinical notes would be easier to review if notes from different dates appeared on the same screen, similar to how Cliniko handles it.

simple even for first-time users

Pros

Getting around the platform feels very simple even for someone using the system for the first time. It's user friendly and doesn't take long to figure out how to navigate.

Cons

A few features are placed in spots that aren't very simple so they weren't always where I expected them to be. I also checked a help article at one point but the information there was inaccurate which meant I had to reach out to support by email to get the help I needed.

clean interface with secure soap notes

Pros

Navigating Noterro feels very simple, the interface is clean soAP notes are stored securely and there are plenty of customizable settings that make it adaptable to different workflows.

Cons

Wish there were more affordable subscription options for solo practitioners and it would be much better if the booking platform could work as a widget directly on my clinic website instead of sending clients to a separate page.

Login and clinical notes are both convenient

Pros

Logging in is simple and doing clinical notes is simple.

more affordable than jane app!

Pros

Running a new practice means keeping expenses under control and Noterro is a much more affordable option than Jane App.

Cons

At first I wasn't thrilled that it didn't include a built-in video platform. After looking into it though, I realized I could just use the video platform that comes with my Psychology Today subscription which I'm already paying for anyway. In the end, not having video integrated here may actually help me save even more money.

support replies quickly

Pros

When I've needed guidance their support team has replied very quickly and the platform also comes with a wide range of really useful features.

Cons

The only downside is that downloading data for backup can't be done directly and requires contacting support.

two-way sync works well with flexible scheduling

Pros

The two-way sync works really well and the scheduling options and controls give me the flexibility I need to manage appointments efficiently.

Cons

One thing I'd still like to see is the ability to toggle back and forth between current and previous appointments for quick reference. It would also help if user invitations didn't expire after just 7 days.

Customer support stands out with one-on-one help

Pros

One thing that really sets Noterro apart is the customer support. They reply quickly and they even offer one-on-one help with senior technical staff which is something I honestly don't see from many other companies.

Cons

At this point I don't have any complaints. The software has been excellent and the support has been just as impressive.

automation that keeps me updated

Pros

Having my practice automated has made a huge difference. I used to work in an office where everything was done manually and a lot of the time I wasn't told when the schedule changed.

Cons

Nothing really comes to mind. If there's ever a feature missing, they're open to talking about adding it.

I am loving noterro support

Pros

A friend who runs a massage business recommended Noterro to me and I started with a 30-day trial that was later extended to 60 days. I'm only 3 weeks into starting my business and I already absolutely love using Noterro. The support has been amazing.

Cons

At times when I chat with a Noterro genius, the response can be a little slow but I do always end up getting the answers I need.

Pros

Clients can book appointments without hassle and on the practitioner side it's simple to schedule people and make changes when needed.

Cons

The downside is that you can't speak with a live agent and get an immediate response.

Proactive support every time

Pros

Whenever I reached out their support team responded quickly and handled things efficiently. They walked me through everything step by step which made the process very simple to understand and follow.

Cons

all-in-one booking bliss

Pros

Running a massage therapy practice is much easier now because it brings everything into one place. It connects my business and external calendars, handles online booking, forms, reporting, invoicing and payment integrations so I'm not bouncing between different tools. The notification feature has also been really useful for catching things that might otherwise slip through the cracks, like client birthdays and similar reminders. On top of that, customer support has been fast and helpful anytime I've contacted them with questions or needed help resolving something.

Cons

There should be more flexibility in the client online booking web portal especially when it comes to the layout, features and overall look. Other than that I'm happy with the application.

Pros

Running my business feels much more efficient and organized with this program. It helps keep everything on track and supports my workflow really well.

Cons

Everything has been good overall. I did run into an issue with a client's financial summary related to the date range but it was resolved.

Standout support

Pros

The regular webinars that walk through upgrades and new features, along with Noterro's YouTube tutorials, make account setup feel effortless. On top of that, their customer service is outstanding and truly hard to beat. I honestly didn't realize how much I was missing until I started using it.

Cons

I genuinely don't have a single negative thing to say about Noterro. It has completely transformed my practice.
