Whenever I needed help the customer service communication was excellent. Someone always got back to me and that level of support is something I really appreciate.
Cons

Pros
Booking through Noterro has been really simple and that is exactly what I want from a scheduling service. The whole process feels nearly smooth every time I use it.
Cons
I really do not have any complaints. It sends text confirmations, makes services simple to find and I also appreciate that my local nail and hair salon uses it.

Pros
One of the best parts is the value you get for the price. The customer support has also been very helpful and I appreciate the appointment reminders, the option to send follow-up emails through the system and the fact that the software keeps improving with new features over time.
Cons
A few things still need work. Software updates sometimes happen during business hours which can be disruptive. The online booking page feels disorganized and it is not simple to calculate practitioner timesheets or generate accounts receivable reports for specific date ranges. It also lacks flexibility for booking with a 5-minute cleanup buffer, sending automated waitlist notifications, tracking referrals, calculating the number of return visits per patient, automatically creating an invoice when a patient is marked as arrived and handling patients who do not have appointments.

Pros
Honestly the customer service has been the best I've dealt with in any software. The team is consistently helpful, patient with those of us who need a bit more technical guidance and very quick to respond. The app itself is excellent.. simple to use while still being highly efficient. For the price, I really don't think there's a better option out there.
Cons
The only thing I'd personally like is for the myoman in previous notes to pop up but that's really more of a preference than an actual problem.

Handling billing and appointment scheduling feels much more organized with this software and the automatic text and email reminders are something I really appreciate.
Cons
Every now and then I run into a glitch where a page won't load although it doesn't happen often. It did come up today and customer service fixed it quickly.

The calendar function feels very simple and having all my notes in one accessible place has been a huge plus. I also really appreciate being able to upload photos directly to a client's profile.
Cons
Future analytics reporting functionality is missing. I'd really like to have a clearer view of how things are going and what the upcoming year might look like.

Getting started as a new provider felt very simple and the platform was easy to navigate right away. It syncs with my Square account which is a huge plus and I also love that I can forward the link to my own app.

As a solo cash-based physical therapy practice the pricing had been a really good fit for the features included. The platform keeps things simple and that's honestly what separates Noterro for me after working with everything from EPIC to other systems. I also appreciate being able to match the online portal to my brand colors, offer online scheduling, customize forms and agreements and tailor treatment notes with smart phrases.
Cons
That said the newer pricing model feels less friendly for sole practitioners. Some features are especially important for a small practice without front-desk staff and the waitlist really seems like it should be included at the base level. Invoicing is also missing smart phrases which would make a big difference. It would be much more helpful to use smart phrases in the invoice notes section or to duplicate an invoice when checking in a client.

One thing that really stands out is how quickly the team responds and how fast you get results. The AI does a really good job of answering questions with detailed instructions that are clear and simple to follow.
Cons
Noterro management should improve the intake forms by adding more ways to create new intake forms and health history forms that meet licensing college association requirements. It would also help to have more choices and options available, while keeping everything simple enough to use for older users who are not very computer savvy.

The customer service has also been excellent and the AI features add a lot of value. It feels like the kind of software that can really support our business as it continues to grow and scale.
Cons
One thing I'd still like to see improved is the notes section. It would be helpful if it were more customizable especially for personal injury cases. Having a template I could tab through and adjust specific sections would be much better than needing to piece everything together with multiple snippets.

Coming in with limited tech skills I was pleasantly surprised by how simple the setup was. There's also a ton of help available whenever questions or concerns come up and every issue I ran into was handled really quickly.
Cons
The only downside was realizing I had used my trial on the Max plan instead of the Base plan which is actually a better fit for my small-town solo RMT clinic. I originally thought the Google Analytics feature would be useful but I'm not too concerned about not having it on the Base plan.

Getting doctor availability set up and booking appointments right on time for new patients and their accounts is very simple. The platform feels very user friendly overall and makes day-to-day scheduling simple to manage.
Cons
Finding the right section for a specific task can take a bit of searching but the AI assistant and live support are very convenient whenever help is needed.

Pros
Running my clinic feels a lot less stressful with Noterro because it gives me the same features I love without costing an extra $30 a month. It's very user-friendly and I especially appreciate that they provide a dedicated phone number for automated calls like appointment reminders. On top of that, their support team is always quick and efficient whenever I need help which has been fantastic. I've tried other booking platforms before and those usually left me feeling overwhelmed but this one has been a relief to use.
Cons
Noterro really delivered when I was first opening my clinic and it's been a pleasure using it ever since.

“snippet feature saves time and quick pay”
Pros
Right from the start it felt simple and packed with just about everything I need. The snippet feature is a standout.. typing three letters can instantly drop in a full paragraph into my notes which saves a lot of time. Quick pay also makes it really convenient to document and charge while I'm on the go. Being able to create custom forms is another nice bonus. It also includes AI features although I haven't had a chance to try those yet.
Cons
One part that hasn't worked as well for me is the click-on-the-body-area image feature. It actually takes longer to finish notes when I need to edit the current visit. I may have been able to click something like the levator muscle and note the CT junction but I stopped experimenting with that tool. I'd also like to see access to more standard assessment forms.
