Noterro's soap notes feature is simply the best when it comes to keeping my files neat and organized. Also I love that it lets me stay on top of finances with invoices that are easy to track. Plus sending intake forms through email could not be simpler, just one click and it's done.

Buying gift cards can be a bit tricky and confusing because there does not seem to be a clear option for it.

I really like how I can customize the app with my own logo which allows me to add a personal touch, and I think it is pretty impressive. I first looked into Noterro because it was offered as a 'perk' with my professional association's membership. To be honest, I did not think much of it at such a low cost. But wow, I was totally proven wrong. I am very happy and will surely recommend it to others.

I have come across an issue where the system fails to recognize a new client and automatically send a welcome package, including intake forms and consents.

Pros

So far I am really impressed with Noterro. I recently made the switch from another software and the whole transition has gone pretty well. Both my patients and I find it really easy to use which makes a huge difference. On top of that, their customer service has been absolutely amazing.

Cons

I am still in the process of exploring all the features Noterro offers, so I can't comment on this aspect yet.

Well I have used other platforms like Web PT and PT Everywhere, but I to be honest Noterro is way better. The user experience is smoother, the interface is more intuitive and it is just easier to work with overall.

My experience is going very goos and I am excited to dig into all the other features Noterro has to offer. Also I am really happy with the HIPAA compliance as it gives me peace of mind and setting it up was not hassle too. Lastly the live help from customer support has been excellent too.

Noterro really stands out for me because it is so easy to use. The SOAP notes feature is very helpful too and the affordability of it makes it even better.

Nothing major but it's a bit inconvenient having to scroll down just to see my entire day’s schedule.

Noterro is quite easy to use and their customer service is honestly top notch. Also I love that they are open to suggestions and always rolling out updates to make things even better. We've been using it for over 5 years now and could not be happier. Plus, it's a great Canadian company, and I'm proud to support a local business.

While there haven't been any major issues, the regular Tuesday morning updates sometimes disrupt the flow of the clinic. However, these updates generally bring helpful improvements.

As per me the navigation, charting and booking with Noterro is fairly simple. The online booking feature is super easy to use too and the support from the Noterro team has been absolutely amazing.

No dislikes as Noterro is an amazing software solution for RMTs. It offers a ton of great features at a really competitive price.

One thing I have noticed is that there's no app for booking services, which would be a really great addition.

I really love how Noterro simplifies scheduling. Also the interface is highly user-friendly and the text and email reminders are so useful.

I find that using soap notes could be made more user-friendly. Also it would be more helpful to access all past notes easily, rather than just the last treatment because for now it requires navigating through multiple areas to retrieve previous clinic notes.

They have completely transformed the booking process of ours. The design is so intuitive and it makes making reservations stress-free. Plus I love the attention to detail and how easy the interface is to use.
