I really like how I can customize the app with my own logo which allows me to add a personal touch, and I think it is pretty impressive. I first looked into Noterro because it was offered as a 'perk' with my professional association's membership. To be honest, I did not think much of it at such a low cost. But wow, I was totally proven wrong. I am very happy and will surely recommend it to others.

So far I am really impressed with Noterro. I recently made the switch from another software and the whole transition has gone pretty well. Both my patients and I find it really easy to use which makes a huge difference. On top of that, their customer service has been absolutely amazing.

It took me a bit more effort and exploration to access some of the features, and there were some limitations in the Admin, Practitioner (Therapist) and Asst. views that I found confusing initially. However, I appreciated the ability to ask questions during scheduled meetings, and the team discussed some of the items that are currently being developed.
