Pros
Using Noterro has been very efficient for me. The layout is well organized and the platform is simple to navigate and use.
Cons
Up to this point I haven't run into any issues. Customer support has also been responsive and efficient whenever needed.

Pros
One thing that really stands out is how quickly customer service responds whenever I reach out. The online notes have made pulling up records much simpler for me and the online booking feature has made managing appointments far more convenient than I expected.
Cons
There are still a couple of minor issues. On some browsers, typing can lag a bit and scrolling through points on the diagram isn't always very responsive. I'd also appreciate an option to add a second email address to one account so someone could book online with one email while receipts are sent to another, like when a child books their own appointment but the parent needs the receipt.

Pros
The scheduling system is simple to work with. The forms are well designed, simple to edit and practical to use. Whenever I run into a problem, the support team is outstanding and does an excellent job walking me through it.
Cons
One area that could be better is the layout of the scheduling system especially with more customization options. Another issue is that forms sent to new patients often end up in spam because they are automated so I have to remind patients to check their spam folder which is not the best first impression.

Pros
booking appointments is very simple. setting up customers doesn't take much effort either and processing invoices is something I really appreciate.
Cons
Patients aren't able to enter discount codes when they make a booking.

Pros
Noterro has been a very affordable option which is a big plus. Since it's a newer platform, it keeps growing and getting better over time. It's also very simple to use and the tech support feels genuinely personal and helpful. It never feels like you're just dealing with a robot.
Cons
One thing I don't like is that updates sometimes happen during work hours. It would be much better if they were done on Sundays or very early in the day. Another issue is that, at times, messages from Noterro end up in people's spam folders.

Pros
One thing that really works well with Noterro is the affordable pricing. There are also plenty of add-ons available if you want or need extra features and the patient side is very user-friendly which has made the booking process feel smooth.
Cons
A limitation is that I can't view the charts and calendar at the same time.

Pros
I like how flexible the add-ons are. I can choose only the features I actually need, like insurance billing, file uploads or text and phone call reminders without being charged for tools I never use. That setup makes the platform feel much more practical and cost-effective.
Cons
The only thing I'd like to see improved is email integration. Right now, Mailchimp is the only option available so it would be even better if the platform supported more email providers.

Navigating Noterro has been simple for both me and my clients and they keep adding useful upgrades like direct billing. It's been a perfect match for running my mobile massage therapy business.
Cons
I'd still love to see an easier way for clients to sign at each treatment since some services need consent with a signature for every appointment.

Pros
It's affordable, flexible and very user-friendly overall. Clients usually have no trouble signing up, aside from a few small glitches here and there and once they're in, they really enjoy how convenient the booking process is.
Cons
A few areas still feel limited especially the reporting tools and some parts of the clinic notes. That said my practice is a bit outside the norm so some of those limitations may be more noticeable in my case. Support can also be difficult to reach at times although someone does eventually get back to you. Even with that, the system is generally quite efficient.

I really appreciate how often they roll out updates and pay attention to customer feedback. They're also very quick to fix problems when they come up. As a mobile therapist, I'm especially excited about the new Noterro GO update.
Cons
The only downside right now is that Meta still hasn't approved Noterro so we're missing the social media Book Now link.

Cons
The color indicators for different treatments on the calendar are too small instead of highlighting the full appointment. On the calendar view, it's also difficult to tell whether a form has been completed or only sent.
