“fantastic support and flexibility”
Pros
Running my massage therapy clinic has been much more manageable with this affordable and customizable platform for handling both bookings and billing. It also offers add-ons whenever I want to expand and the customer support has been absolutely incredible.
Cons
My only regret is not discovering it earlier. I spent more than five years using a different system and the support team made switching over incredibly easy.

Perfectly priced for a self-employed, one-person clinic. The support team has been fantastic.. quick to respond, friendly and genuinely helpful whenever needed.
Cons
Getting familiar with the layout takes a little time at the beginning but Noterro offers step-by-step instructions and videos to help with the initial setup. Once you start using it every day, it becomes much easier to navigate.

Price feels very reasonable for what it offers. They keep rolling out upgrades to improve the service which is really nice to see and customer support responds quickly whenever needed.
Cons
A few add-ons do come with extra charges but considering the overall value and low base price, that makes sense to me.

Compared with pricier EMR systems Noterro gives me the same intervention tools at a much lower cost. It's simple to use and covers everything I need without the bigger price tag.
Cons
A calendar that includes major holidays is missing so I still have to check those separately and coordinate time off on my own.

I originally switched to Noterro because of the SOAP notes feature and the interface immediately felt simple. Over time, the calendar has improved a lot and about five years ago it became good enough for me to cancel my overpriced Mindbody Online subscription. That change ended up saving my business a significant amount of money.
Cons
Honestly I do not have any complaints. The system fits my business needs really well and I have been very happy with it.

It covers the essentials you need to get a new business up and running without costing too much. The Squarespace payment integration is also a really helpful feature.
Cons
The interface isn't quite as simple as I'd prefer although I've been able to contact customer support whenever needed. They've been approachable, down-to-earth and answered all of my questions.

Cons

Noterro has been a solid option because the pricing is reasonable, the system is user friendly and the QuickBooks connection is really helpful. The reports feature works well and the direct billing tracking is another part of the software that has been very useful.
Cons
Getting started was more frustrating than it should have been because there is no IT support available by phone unless you book an appointment ahead of time. The setup process relies heavily on YouTube tutorials and those were not very helpful for me which led to a few mistakes. The videos also felt too general when it came to intake especially around what order to follow and what applies specifically to Canada versus the USA.

Whenever I need help with Noterro, their support team gets back to me really quickly which I truly appreciate. I'm not especially confident with computers so having an interface that feels simple makes a big difference for me.
Cons
Honestly there's not much to criticize. The only minor thing is that once I get comfortable with how something works, they sometimes change it though most of the time those updates end up being improvements.

Cons
I really can't think of any problems with Noterro. Anything that did come up was fixed or resolved within minutes so I honestly have no complaints at all.
