“Patient Engagement
Pros
Solutionreach turned our simple phone system into a messaging system, offering another way for me to engage our patients and potential patients.
Cons
I'd love to do patient appointment scheduling online, but it doesn't adapt to our EMR. I keep checking back, though!

“Customer support was amazing with all the questions we had!!
Pros
My favorite part is the accessibility from wherever I am. Being able to log in from home is the biggest for me, as I need to cancel patients sometimes via text. This brings relief knowing I have so many options right in my hand.
Cons
My least favorite part about SR is the inability to add notes per patient for group messaging. For example, if I create an ASAP list but "Jane" can only do Mondays, there's no way to add that side note.

“The Solutionreach team is very insightful, informative, helpful, and patient. 5 Stars!
Pros
My favorite part about this software is how often it syncs our data. Our office's schedule consistently changes every day. I love that when a patient cancels their same-day appointment, Solutionreach notices that and will not send them a reminder for an appointment that no longer exists. This has made our customer relations stronger. I also really love the support team. I can call them anytime, and they are always happy to help solve any issues.
Cons
The only thing I dislike about Solutionreach is the limited characters in text messages when sending group messages to patients via email and text. The email is unlimited, but the text is limited to about 100 characters, making it hard to offer different appointments and personalize the message after including the patient's name, our practice name, and phone number.

“Not worth the money in my opinion
Pros
It did its job. I used it mainly for confirming appointments, but that's all it did.
Cons
I feel like we didn't get enough features for the price we paid.

“Solution Reach
Pros
I love the text and email reminders. The auto-updates in our schedule help us keep it fully booked at all times. It also allows our staff to focus on other areas.
Cons
Sometimes I notice there are syncing issues, so I have to check every few hours. I log into the main website portal and verify the sync time. If it's synced, I know everything is fine.

“They understand our needs
Pros
This software has everything we would need from an EHR and we appreciate that very much. Our crunching time is cut in half because of the useful billing and insurance claims management module.
Cons
Our calls often do not go through to the customer center and I dont know what that is about, we need support asap.

“Solutionreach Needs Better Solutions
Pros
I really liked the review system built into the software. Good online reviews are essential for attracting new patients, and Solutionreach made it easy to send them out. They also filtered the reviews, automatically posting the good ones on our website.
Cons
The website was cumbersome, with many features I was neither trained to use nor interested in for our practice. It's also very pricey, and they prevented me from canceling for a long time because they held our reviews hostage through their software. Once I stopped using it, they deleted all my reviews, including over 50 five-star ones. Switching was a massive hassle and very frustrating because they don't make it easy at all.

“Game Changer for Our Practice
Pros
Solutionreach is great for appointment reminders. It can call or text the patient for you, and patients love the timely reminders. It also helps with getting feedback from surveys. It saves our staff time so they can concentrate on the patients in the office.
Cons
It took some time to get everything set up correctly, but once I did, it automatically handled everything for me.

“Used by us since 2014
Pros
SR is a great platform for reminders, group messaging, and newsletters. It might be great in other aspects, but I don't use those features. In the seven years we have used SR, they have made many changes and added many products. It is one of the software we use, but it is the most low maintenance, and I love that. I only log on when I need to, and that's an awesome benefit.
Cons
I wish the SR Intake form could integrate with more software. I use Eaglesoft and Eyefinity, but SR Intake only works with Eaglesoft. It's very helpful but would be even more so if it also worked with my vision PMS.

“I wouldn't suggest this software to my worst enemy.
Pros
I only use the newsletter section, but it is not built well. I'd recommend Constant Contacts, MailChimp, or Active Demand.
Cons
In the newsletter section: 1. Images never load, whether JPEG or PNG, causing me to call in every time I want to send a newsletter or email (monthly). 2. If I try to proceed without the email images loading, the entire newsletter deletes itself. 3. Half the time, images have gaps, making the email look unprofessional. I thought I was doing something wrong, but when I called in, I was told that's just how their software works. 4. There's no preview text line available to add. 5. Customer support is not great. Some reps are friendly, but it takes a long time to reach a case manager, and half the time, they don't fix the issue, just make it work enough.

“Very happy with SR
Pros
The SMS is by far the best and most efficient way for me to communicate with our patients. It's been extremely helpful in reminding, confirming, and rescheduling appointments. Our no-show rate has decreased drastically.
Cons
Honestly, I haven't encountered any problems so far. The software has been a significant improvement for my office.

“Great for multiple locations
Pros
I like the ability to see all my patients on one dashboard or in each location.
Cons
They used to have a heat map to see patient locations sorted by zip code and appointment type. I miss that feature.

“Best money saver there is in a medical practice!
Pros
I save money twofold! I no longer have to pay someone to contact our patients to remind them of their appointments, and I save money by patients not missing their appointments! If you add up the time it takes someone to do this versus the cost, I think it would be hard to find that it is not cost-effective. Not only does it send text messages, but it also sends the patient an email. We basically no longer have patients not show up for their appointments. If they cannot make their appointment, they call to reschedule. They are not only notified once; they are notified a few times, via text and email, within a week before their appointment.
Cons
I can't think of anything specific. I always worry about HIPAA, but they have a very secure network.
