The software is easy to understand and operate even for beginners.
Cons
Customer service is definitely not their strong selling point. Its often hard to find information once updated, some of the data is even lost in the process. Also the alignment is not the greatest.

Im in Awe at their customer support, from the time of purchasing to the time of complete installation of the software, there support team will guide you through it all. I also love their template formats and the feature that you can customise them according to your ease is a literal game changer.
