Pros
I find the software really easy to understand and use, even as a beginner. The interface is simple and everything is laid out clearly, so I didn't feel lost while getting started.
Cons
Customer service isn't their strong suit. I've found it difficult to locate information once it's updated and sometimes some of the data gets lost in the process. Plus, the alignment isn't great.
