Pros

Their staff including the training team and the technical support is so amazing and helpful that any flaws in the product does not seem so bad.

I cannot think of anything because honestly, they fix whatever issue we have with the software.

Pros

SRSPro comes with all the features you would require from an EHR software. We have absolutely no issues with scheduling or billing through the program. The customer service is great and we always hear from them asap.

SRSPro EHR is a user-friendly EHR that has helped us manage our practice with little or no trouble.

It takes too many clicks to enter the insurance provider information and takes up a lot of time.

Billing and scheduling is easy and the customer support is adequate too.

The patients portal is not up the mark and the system needs an update because its very slow, overall.

They got everything right!
Pros

SRSPro is always working to make sure that the medical practices have everything they need from the EHR software. They take feedback and implement them in the update.

Cons

I wish they could scale up our services because we would hate to see them go when we expand.

Customer service is frustrating
Pros

It is a turnkey solution for EHR with all the features.

Cons

The customer service never helps and we have to call them so many times. The new login IDs have still not been activated and whenever I add a ticket they close it without even resolving the issue or contacting me

Helpful and user friendly
Pros

The software is very helpful for dealing with patients in high volume. You can also connect with any of the staff at SRS and they are always happy to help

Cons

The patient portal associated with this is not as robust as the other parts of the software.

Simple, fast and reliable
Pros

Our staff from young people in their early 20s to senior citizens have had no trouble using it. They always incorporate our suggestions into the next update and have assigned a dedicated contact person we can reach out to with any questions.

Cons

There is no option for using scribes within the software even though other programs offer it.

Pros

The portal has a simplistic design and that makes it extremely usable. The interfaces are also wonderful and we have had no trouble with them.

Cons

You cannot directly add notes or write reports within the program and have to import text files.

Efficient and simple
Pros

The software has all the basic features and we have had no trouble with them so far but whenever there is an issue the customer service is quick to help us out.

Cons

The information is not presented in the most convenient way and we have to pull up notes from the previous visit to check the results of physical exams.

Great experience working with them
Pros

The dashboard is very convenient because it shows all the information from the appointments, diagnosis to the prescription in one place. Their customer care is also wonderful and the representatives are more than happy to resolve any issues.

Cons

The search feature tends to glitch and the screen freezes while scanning records at times which takes a few minutes to restore.
