The practice management end of this software is great. This means it is able to consistently do good checking, billing, collections, and AR processes. It was easy to pull up the schedule and add or cancel patients.

I do like the front page with the daily recap. A good place where you can find all information in terms of doctor visits, blood test results, other para-clinical exams, insurance plans and everything related to the subject.

You get to have a lot of control over the fine details. Sunrises best feature is its electronic charting. I have never experienced it go down, and it is rarely if ever "slow".

Accessing the program via Citrix sessions significantly slows down operations. This setup also introduces connectivity issues, often leading to abrupt session terminations during documentation. Task-switching within the program is notably slow and laggy, possibly due to the virtual machine setup.

Patients benefit from having all their information in one place, including medical records, current charting, prescriptions, orders, trends, social work details, etc. Tasks can also be efficiently managed through the system, particularly with labs.
