Pros
Send frequent Reminders for appointments which are really helpful. The patient portal helps keep track of everything and its voice recognition feature is my favorite of them all.
Cons
Glitches from time to time. Other than this no other significant complaints.

The layout is simple and easy to use for all the staff. The learning curve is low and hence its easy to adapt to the system quickly.
Cons
To be honest, some of the features need to be updated as soon as possible because the system is getting slow, overall.

Pros
Its easy to operate and helps update records and files more quickly than other softwares. I also personally like its billing and scheduling features; they really help speed things up.
Cons
The customer support is close to being non-existent, they rarely respond, let alone solve your problems.

This system has really helped us schedule appointments much more efficiently and with greater ease. Its a user friendly software with a ton of features to offer.
Cons
The software glitches a lot and the server goes down way often than usual .

The dashboard looks great at first glance and they spent a lot of time on the design.
Cons
It has no functionality and everything seems like it is for show. Not worth the price.

The customer care helpline should have longer working hours to facilitate the late night shift.

our two absolute favorite things about this software are first its patient portal and document management. These two features have played a vital role in improving our clinical efficiency. We are very happy with our decision.
