I have to double my efforts in tracking appointments, so it would be nice if it could have a seamless integration with our dental practice management software.

So far, I like all of it. The image capture and storage capabilities are second to none, and the security makes it a must for remote practices.

With over 20 years in dental practices, I've never encountered such a user-friendly dental software with outstanding customer service and functionality like Teledentix. It truly sets the standard for the future.

I have yet to find one. But if I absolutely had to pick one, I would say the array of reports available. However, this is something they are continually adding to.

Teledentix is working on adding a function to capture x-rays (radiographs) when I am offline. Also, Teledentix is looking to add a verbal perio chart.

This teledentistry software from Teledentix is fantastic. It's user-friendly across devices and allows secure information sharing with ease among patients, MDs, and DDSs.

It's not so much about the software but the process of setting up my campaign. As a dentist, I can do things with my eyes closed (well, maybe as an endodontist, I can file the canals by feeling things on my fingertips). I have to be a little creative setting up the marketing side, but other than that, once its set up, then I am good to go.

My favorite feature of Teledentix is the ability for patients to schedule appointments on their own, even when the office is closed.

Cons

The only thing is I just need to set up a separate merchant account. No big deal, but just having another service provider.
