Pros

I appreciate the cost-effective subscription plans and the straightforward interface. It is great to see them continuously updating features based on user feedback.

Cons

I struggle with archiving and unarchiving clients, as well as adding personalized forms for different clinicians. By the time they update and add a feature, I've already found a workaround.

I've had a positive user experience with easy client data imports, seamless calendar integration, and robust billing and insurance functions.

Cons

Telehealth integration with Theranest feels clunky and limited compared to other software. For instance, regular, recurring Telehealth appointments aren't allowed.
