“Exceptionally user friendly and great customer support.”
Pros
Data entry has never been easier. I do not consider myself a technology expert but learning to use this software was not difficult at all. It is very user-friendly and there are a variety of different methods through which navigation on the site can be learned easily. Their customer support is incredible. I have tried another software as well, but I immediately shift back to TheraNest because of its ease of use. Very impressive work.
Cons
Up until now, I have not encountered any problems with this software. Yesterday when I did face a small issue regarding a rejected claim and reported it, it was resolved within a few hours and hence I can say without a doubt that they have a great support system. Kudos To you!

“Very disappointed”
Pros
It is easy to grasp, but there are too many flaws. Billing is straightforward, but our experience with customer support wasn't helpful.
Cons
Customer service blamed my technology for issues, despite having new equipment and fast internet. Telehealth is unreliable, with problems across different browsers. Certain features like the initial assessment form are not editable, and it lacks compatibility with other telemedicine apps.

“from Great to Bad Greedy”
Pros
During my five years with this EHR, its simplicity stood out: easy scheduling, straightforward notes, and seamless claim submissions. The mobile app was a hit with clients, and the responsive customer service was a bonus.
Cons
Over time, Theranest went from great to poor due to slow customer service, issues with custom templates not integrating properly, unreliable telehealth, frequent fee raises, and questionable timing of fee increases during the pandemic.

It seems designed to scale with businesses, and the customer service is commendable. I appreciate being able to suggest features and see them implemented.
Cons
Telehealth often cuts out during sessions, and the calendar and billing functionalities are lacking. Customizability for notes and assessments isn't as promised.

“Looks pretty but completely useless.”
Pros
There is not much to praise. The system is fast, but the issues overshadow any positives. Our therapists only appreciate the note-taking feature.
Cons
There are numerous difficulties with archiving clients, removing recurring appointments, and overall dissatisfaction among users.
