I have used over 10 EHRs in various healthcare roles and I find TheraNest to be the best among all. Its modern design, customizable features, easy scheduling and billing, built-in telehealth and insightful analytic reports make it a number one choice for running my business.

The only thing I'd point out is when you're trying to set up a recurring schedule and there's a date conflict, the pop-up just says there's a conflict without telling you which date is the problem. It takes a bit of my time to figure it out but it's not a major issue.
