Pros

All your problems are taken care of by our amazing customer support team. I rarely had a problem that wasnt solved immediately by one of their representatives. Kudos to their commitment and responsiveness.

Cons

There are some issues with their TeleHealth feature but other than that everything seems good and responsive.

Good Telehealth but poor customer service

Pros

The Telehealth platform works quite well with minimal session interruptions and excellent integration of Wiley resources.

Cons

I had a disappointing experience with customer service. If issues arise and you are unsatisfied with their resolution attempts, expect difficulty in terminating contracts.

Best EHR/PMS for the money

Pros

When my business partner and I ventured into private practice in 2016, we extensively researched various EHR/PMS software brands. TheraNest stood out as the most comprehensive, cost-effective, and user-friendly option. They consistently enhance their functions based on customer feedback, which keeps them ahead of the competition.

Cons

It would be helpful if the software tracked when I create and send invoices to clients. Currently, I have to download and save them separately for record-keeping.

More color options for the calendar, beyond just teal, would be appreciated. This would allow differentiation for non-client tasks like personal appointments or business meetings.

Billing is REALLY easy

Pros

Once set up, billing becomes incredibly easy, which is fantastic! Scheduling appointments is a breeze too. The resource center is always there to lend a hand if needed.

Cons

Setting up billing was cumbersome and confusing. Dealing with resubmitted claims was particularly challenging, compounded by inadequate customer service response times. Frequent site loading issues disrupted practice workflow.

A powerful platform for daily tasks!!

Pros

Once you get everything set up, billing is a piece of cake. Scheduling and appointments are super easy as well! Plus, the resource center is always there when you need help with something.

Cons

Resubmitting claims wasn't easy either. Customer service was practically nonexistent. It took ages to hear back from them and even when they did respond, it was often days later. I also ran into frequent loading issues where the site would take forever to load, messing up the entire practice's workflow.

Pros

The web version is simple to use and makes the whole process a lot easier to manage.

Cons

Since I work across two time zones, the scheduling feature can be difficult. It only works for one time zone but it does allow you to change it for all clients at once, just not individually.

Cons

The lack of control over function assignments, such as restricting access to report production for billing purposes, poses security risks. Staff with billing access can inappropriately access patient reports or colleagues' billing information.
