Pleasantly pleased with TherapyNotes

Pros

The patient calendar and EMR organization are what draw me in the most. Theyre clear and easy to navigate.

Cons

In terms of the EMR I feel theres room for improvement. Id appreciate more options for adding medical questions and assessment pages.

I love TherapyNotes

Pros

I appreciate the customer service and the setup of the initial consultation notes. The to-do list is particularly useful for me.

Cons

One drawback is the absence of a Release of Information document. Also the quality of the Telehealth video could be better.

Pros

This cloud-based health software allows me to track patient information effortlessly from any device. Its user interface is simple and easy to comprehend making insurance billing a breeze.

Cons

It doesnt automatically send a response to the patient if I cancel an appointment so I have to manually follow up via mail or telephone.

Make the change!!

Pros

The software is intuitive and I like how it ensures completion of treatment plans before progressing to progress notes even though it can be a bit cumbersome.

Cons

I wish I could alter the Progress Note and have the option for a blank note that I could design myself. It would also be helpful to upload my own template.

Great for reimbursement

Pros

Having all aspects of insurance reimbursement and customer service centralized is incredibly helpful and the support team is always courteous and available.

Cons

Integration was straightforward once all patients were added. Overall its user-friendly.

Cons
