“Excellent Customer Service Experience”
Pros
I had an excellent experience with the tech support team. The member I interacted with was knowledgeable and demonstrated problem-solving skills which helped me find solutions. Throughout the process she provided excellent notes to help me implement the solutions.
Cons
Overall I have some frustrations with TherapyNotes particularly around generating reports and accessing information. I wish it had a check-in feature and a better process for counting appointments. Some reports should be tied to the actual appointment date rather than when notes were completed or payments were input.

Cons
This product doesnt offer any additional features beyond its competitors. It would be nice to see some unique features.

This EHR is wonderfully simple to use. Ive been using it for over a year and wouldnt switch to anything else.
Cons
I tried to handle billing on my own but ran into some issues. When I called TherapyNotes I didnt get much of a resolution.

This software is intuitive and easy to use even for those who arent tech-savvy. Clients also find the client portal simple and the customer service is outstanding.
Cons
The only thing wed change is the ability to run secondary insurance billing.

Cons
It lacks website availability and symptom checklists like PHQ-9 PLC-5. While I can upload my own and send them to patients through the portal I cant insert them into my notes.

This software is amazing. They are constantly adding new features and it is integrated with other third-party software too. The customer service is pleasant and we do not mind calling them as well when we have any queries.

TherapyNotes is a blessing for client documentation autofill options save time easy to learn.
Cons
There have been audio issues with clients using iPhones for telehealth sessions. While the video quality is good the audio is a concern. Screenshare has been challenging but I believe its due to my internet browser not TherapyNotes itself.

The video clarity is poor and it would be beneficial to host more than one client at a time if theyre not in the same location. Many clients struggle to log in weekly so an email reminder with a link would be helpful.
