The scheduling view isnt suitable for our large number of providers we cant view all providers simultaneously. Additionally we need the ability to complete forms on behalf of clients during sessions with options to download forms in PDF and printable formats. Also the ability for two supervisors to sign off on clinical documents when necessary is crucial. Only supervisors or practice admins should be allowed to delete tasks on their to-do lists.

Also I wish more aspects were customizable though TherapyNotes has made significant improvements in this area over the past six months.

Every issue I encounter seems to be labeled as a user error. For instance therapists in my group practice can view each others revenue reports which I find concerning. However I appreciate that TherapyNotes is receptive to my feedback and implements updates accordingly.

The medication database for psych meds is outdated lacking options for non-psychiatric medications. Similarly the ICD10 codes and possible diagnosis for medications are outdated. E-prescribe and progress notes arent linked and theres a poor selection of medical conditions. Additionally theres no lab integration and limited outcome measures.
