The portal form for emergency and other contacts needs to include the steps the practice will take in the event of a psychiatric emergency such as contacting the emergency contact listed or the police. Clients should also be prompted to provide the name and number of their local police. Additionally there should be a method to verify the clients identification.

Pros

Despite its growth TherapyNotes maintains exceptional customer support while expanding its services. Transitioning to electronic records and billing was daunting but TherapyNotes made it manageable. Their telehealth platform is another positive aspect compared to other services.

Cons

Notes must be completed before claims are sent which isnt always practical. Additionally making Telehealth easier for patients especially the elderly to use without setting up an account would be beneficial.

I have immense admiration for the team at TherapyNotes! Theyre incredibly kind understanding and proficient leaving no room for confusion. Its truly the best experience.
