Setting up is very easy its HIPAA compliant extremely user-friendly and the product support is excellent always friendly helpful and accessible.

I experienced trouble once with video conferencing it may have been due to my laptop or internet connection. Otherwise it has worked well.

As a clinician I appreciate the ease of documentation and the all-in-one approach of TherapyNotes covering scheduling charting secure video conferencing and billing.

While not necessarily a TherapyNotes issue I faced challenges submitting clearinghouse paperwork and struggled with Card Pointe their credit card processing vendor. TherapyNotes assisted me but I ended up using an alternative method for credit card processing.

TherapyNotes is comprehensive and meets all my practice needs efficiently. The constant improvements across all areas of the system are commendable. It helps me stay on top of notes and billing seamlessly with system availability close to 100%.

When I started my private practice in 2013 there werent many online billing programs available. Despite the competition I continue to use TherapyNotes due to its reliable and highly satisfactory customer service. The platform remains user-friendly making administrative tasks much easier.

They ensure necessary content is included in the chart while allowing repetitive material to be copied from previous entries making it easy to capture each clients uniqueness. The support staff are instrumental in using this software they are available knowledgeable and incredibly patient.
